We absolutely love the staff here! They are so friendly & kind. They know our names & say hi to our 3 year old every time. It feels like a small town bank. And there’s rarely ever a line.

Be prepared to wait...and wait...and wait...and wait...I'm not sure why their staffing is so abysmal, but visiting this branch is always an excruciating experience. Clearly there is no value placed on one's time, and I am always reminded why I dislike Citibank so much when I have to come here.

if I can give 0 stars., I will. very rude teller.. ................. not helpful and made an irritated face towards the customer, considering that I'm old and have a problem hearing.
