Here for a simple deposit during regular business hours and am not able to do it because there is no teller coverage. Have to wait 15 minutes until they come back?!?
Edit to add: Still here after 45 minutes, lots of other employees lounging around doing nothing with a long line for the teller.

We absolutely love the staff here! They are so friendly & kind. They know our names & say hi to our 3 year old every time. It feels like a small town bank. And there’s rarely ever a line.
