Even though it was a long time that the insurance company held my car when I got it that day it was immaculate Chilton auto body is just what they say they are. I think they are wonderful. This is my first time I had a claim and will be my choice for my repair from now on, excellent service

The car was done early. They have great communication via email and text about the status of the work. The work was high quality. I'd go there again. They made it easy to have a rental car company pick me up to take me to the rental office to pick up the reserved car and then when my car was ready I was able to leave the rental car at Chilton. Thanks for making it easy.

Excellent service from Chilton. I was referred by State Farm for bodywork after an accident. They were very efficient, stayed in close touch and did a great job on my car. I highly recommend them.

Waiting for weeks. They don't keep you updated on repairs.
Finally got it back with more damage than when they received it.
Chipped the paint on the passenger door handle. Left it in direct sunlight until ceter console panels distorted from extreme heat. Claim opened May 14th. Got vehicle back (with new issues) July 12th
