I come here often, but this time. Criminal act stealing money. The clerk: Short Latina lady about 4 foot 8 inch. I was walking towards the store with cash in hand for my gas, it looked like she was leaving. And I asked her if she is open, but with attitude she told me to look at the open sign. In which I couldn’t see because she was standing in front of it. Now I gave her 40 dollar cash 7 5’s and 5 singles. $40 dollars for gas, the pumped stopped at 37.80 sent. I went to her and she gave me back two dimes and argued that I only gave her 38 dollars. This never happened to me before, but from now on I will start to get receipts. Never trust all clerks. I always count my money before I go into store, and also count the money in from of the clerk.

My car was vandalized, the catalytic convertor stolen, while I was visiting a friend in Oakland. I live in Carmel. My husband had worked with Omar, from Ken Betts for many years and suggested I call him. He was very nice and extremely helpful. He worked with me and my insurance company quickly and efficiently, and went way out of his way to search for the convertor which was hard to find due to to much theft of this parts. He and I worked to together to locate one of only a few in the city. He actually went in person to pick it up to make sure we had it. The repair was done very quickly and well. Omar was exceptionally helpful in so many ways. I highly recommend him and Ken Betts for good personal service and repair.

The absolute best car wash & vacuum service in town. I'm a dog professional & my car gets pretty messy, very quick. but the staff here doesn't bat an eye at my furry car & they always give me the best clean & service. I also always go a step further and make sure I tip them all heartily- the staff here deserves it & I hope you do the same when you visit

Worst gas station ever. The attendant got mad because I threw my small bag of trash and pointed me to the city trash. Why the f*** does your gas station have a bin that says, "trash". If I spend 80 dollars at your gas station I should be able to throw my trash in your bin. Legit came out just to tell me that because she's to lazy to do her job. Never going here again and will never refer anyone her. Stay away from this location!!!

I had 11 miles to go indicated on my 2019 RAV4 Hybrid. I always fill until the first click. I log all of my fill-ups and I expected to fill no more than 12 gallons.I never expected to fill 14.957 gallons!!!! I have never come close to than even after the indication of no miles to go. This is very troubling as the capacity of my tank is 14.5 gallons according to the operator's manual!!! I complained to the guy in the booth and he said he will have it checked out. I paid $70.28 to fill my vehicle with regular ($4.699/Gal).

I am a senior citizen. I was traveling through the area and had a problem with a low tire. James, the attendant, was so helpful and kind to me. He helped me resolve the problem. I am so impressed by his assistance and friendliness. This is something you rarely see now of days.

They performed a clutch replacement at 98000 miles supposedly, at 105000 miles had to have it done again.The new shop said that the clutch looked old.

EXCELLENT, superb service by Peter. Came in on Friday afternoon, Jan 29, 2021 with a car's whose battery had just died! Had gotten it to go, but asked if they could check it to see if I needed a new one. So helpful and so efficient and with all the Covid protocols being followed. The person who helped me, PETER, was just great. Had to wait like one second for him to check it. Said I needed a new one and he put it in for me in less than 10 minutes. Can't tell you how grateful I was and how impressed I was. -- At the check out my BofA card wouldn't go through (BofA had sent a text to my phone asking if I had made the charge for the battery and did I approve it ---BUT - I did not even think to look at my phone until after about 7 minutes after the great checkout person, Olga, kept trying my card. - She was so nice and so patient!. Recommend this service station and its auto work section, and especially Peter, highly and without reservation. Thank you.
