Very helpful , I can find everything I need for my kitchen. I just hope I have one close to my house the drive from Stockton to Oakland is a little expensive and faraway ?.

Wow! I'd like to say thank you again for such an excellent service you guys provided. We spoke with the lady over the phone and she was very friendly and helpful with what we needed. Not only we got our new fridge on time, two gentlemen came over to help us maneuver the fridge in a very tight spot in our place very professionally in a very little time. Thank you again two gentlemen who helped us out! We would choose Chefs' Toys again in the future.

Definitely a great place to go for restaurant,kitchen items ...They have pretty much everything you need ...I go here for pizza making supplies ...service is good,parking is plentiful and you can usually get in and out pretty fast depending on you ..prices are similar to most related businesses

Dave Yuki and MarryLou When you want to open A business and dealing with all the equipments I found out it's not easy, it look easy but it's not. I ended up went to Chefs Toys in Oakland, first time in Oakland shop, first time I enter the front doors and I got Greeted right away by Marilou "Good Morning, welcome to Chefs Toys, let me know if you need help ok." And I feel like ahhhhhh ok I feel good now. So I ended up look around what I needed, and I found it and I talked to MaryLou(I hope I spell her name right), what I need, which is Ice machine, oven and range. And right away she write it down and help me right away and she called her colleague to help me and his name is Dave Yuki, my goodness I got everything I need, and Dave really kind and help me with the budget and showed me which better equipments for my shop, and he didn't push me to make sales but he always told of some brand that we not really sure about it make sure buy the warranty. I was thinking to buy double door freezer but he said:"think about it first, we always here to help, if you really need it then just give us a call." So it's no pressure, so I drove home and half way i turn around I went back to the shop (I live in Yolo County)and I ended up bought a double door freezer and all little stuff for the shops and woooaaallllahhhhh I'm done with the shopping list to open the shop. It's really Good thing I made the decision to go to Chefs Toys in Oakland, if I will wait and wait and wait to get a respond from Sacramento Chefs Toys, I will end up with no equipments. I'm not trying to be comparing this two shops, but it's my first shop to open, Dave and Marylou really showed me the details that I didn't even pay attention, example:"casterswheel for the range, gas hose which size?" He even asked me what brand for my fryer so he can see if my fryer come with the gas hose and the size for the hose. I am grateful to found this two kind people that care and make sure everything works. MUCH MUCH APPRECIATE YOU TWO MARYLOU AND DAVE YUKI,you guys are awesome and you guys really knowledgeable about your products to the details. Long stormy short, this was on early December2021, I went to Chefs Toys in Sacramento because it's closer to me, but the communication didn't work well and I felt like I'm begging them, I was waiting for 3 weeks and a half for the sales rep to email me back or call me back what they have in the shop so I can purchase them. I called and a bunch of emails to let him know that for my order whatever you have in store I want to purchase them so I can start have equipments inside the shop. But no respond, I called so many time with all different excuse and I'm being nice enough to understand other people feeling (I always remember, mental health it's really important to take care of), but again for waiting too long and For two weeks and a half felt like I'm begging them to talk to me so I decided, it's not working out. I can be nice but I'm not naive to wait for another I don't know how long. So after last email a week ago and still didn't get back to me, so I'm DONE with Chefs Toys Sacramento. But thank you for helped me a little bit. I still appreciate him.

When waiting to pay for my goods I was apparently standing in the wrong spot so the a****** behind the counter said something in Spanish to other customers and they all had a good laugh. I said f*** you and walked out. Never again will I shop there. I make sure to tell all of my friends how rude the staff is.

I wish I can give 5 stars to this place, Sergio has been so friendly and helpful from start to finish and to add his knowledge of products is definitely a plus. I will be coming back.
