Only gave one star so I could post. In town to help my sister after surgery. Went to her bank to deposit $200 cash using a printed deposit slip from her checkbook. Cashier refused to accept CASH because I wasn’t the owner of the account! I told him about my sister’s surgery .I could go to the ATM outside the bank and make the deposit but they would not accept cash … at a bank !! Or if it was a check, they could accept it but not CASH!! Because my sister was recovering from surgery her brain was foggy and she couldn’t remember her PIN for the ATM. So I had to get her out of bed and walk her into the bank. WORST BANK EXPERIENCE EVER!

I haven't dropped by this branch in a long time. I came during lunch time and surprisingly there were no long lines. Made eye contact with some of the employees there, and only one greeted me while I waited in line. There were a few customers ahead of me and just a little bit of a wait. I was out in about ten minutes.

Went in to open a business account , they didn’t have any bankers and I was the only one in the branch & the manager didn’t want to help in opening a account. Terrible customer service and Just lazy.

If you got nothing but time go to this bank one banker are your serious I waited for nearly 1 hour and they say they are busy ther was me and another customer if that's busy to them then what is slow I'm in the bank still waiting while I'm writing this review and the teller ther very rude she didn't have a name tag on or i would add her name to this review never coming to this bank again

This is the closest chase to my house I always go in and out less than 10 mins. The bankers are nice and so is the tellers.

They will charge you for a cashiers check to close your account. If I'm buying a car or making a down payment in a house you expect to give me $50k in cash otherwise? How rude.

I just got shorted by the teller here. The teller counted my cash then put it in an envelope. I got a half a block away to pay my contract worker and I was short $200. I immediately returned to the bank and talked directly to the manager. The teller "Jessica" was away from her window and when she returned they counted her drawer and surprisingly it balanced. They refused to look at the video footage of our transaction. I will send a written complaint to the bank. $200 is a small amount but this bank needs to address this teller and protect its small businesses. I learned a lesson to count my cash even if the teller does. Very disappointed with the fact that they won't look at the video which would resolve this.

DO NOT GO TO/USE THIS BRANCH. On October 12th, 2016, a stranger walked into this branch and asked to withdraw a large amount of money from their account. Straightforward, right? Wrong. As it so happens, this person shares a very similar first name to me, and the exact same last name and the teller gave them access to MY ACCOUNT. Now, after speaking to multiple Chase representatives here in LA, WHERE I LIVE, I was told that the protocol is, when only an ID is presented (no debit card is present) the person it is up to the teller to pull up that person's account information. After which, they have to VERIFY the person's name, address, social security number, or signature. NONE OF THESE STEPS WERE TAKEN, and the teller simply pulled up MY account information because we had a similar name and didn't take the steps necessary to verify my identity. Bottom line, the teller/bank didn't do their job and it caused me a week of incredible frustration and loss of income. Initially thinking it was identity theft, I took a week off work having to go to the DMV (without an appointment, fun!) and police station multiple times to file reports of identity theft. Then after a lot of digging and thanks to the LAPD we discovered this not a case of identity theft but ENTIRELY THE BANK'S/TELLER'S FAULT. T Since then, after multiple complaints to their executive office, I am being stonewalled. Their only response was, "Sorry, this happens. We can give you a free credit report." WOW. I took a week off work and lost over $1k in income because of this. No real apology or acceptance of fault on their part. So be warned, this branch doesn't care about you or the safety of your money. Nor do they care about training their employees in what seems like common sense. Stay as far away as possible!
