Vice President Nathan Walters and his team do a great job of providing customer-centric community-accessible banking with a personalized touch, efficient customer service, and pride in their work. We particularly enjoy working with private client banker Ryan Kearney! Chase is definitely on the right track with expanding branch footprint while other big banks close locations and lay off employees.

The worse bank ever. All the Chase banks in oakland are horrible. There are long lines and no customer service. What happened to personalized banking? I've been a customer for many years and this just gets worse. Need to take my business elsewhere. I went in to open up an additional account at 3 different locations and was turned away. Shame!!!!

Thank you for always being kind and courteous. I was pleasantly caught off guard when a teller asked and then used my pronouns correctly. But every time I’ve come in here I’ve felt like I’ve entered a bank in a small town where everyone is personable and friendly. Thank you for making each experience a good one.

Horrible customer service on Friday 7/30/21 1PM. When I walked in the bank two young female were sitting & chitchatting; one of them asked me what I wanted & as I was telling her why I stoped by the bank the other woman by the name “Sally” cut us of & said I can’t do that here. I tried to explain how I called chase customer service this morning & was told otherwise. This sally person tho keeps cutting me off & practically refusing me service as if I interrupted their social time. What a shame!!! For a bank with so much customer & years on service this kind of employee should not been given a chance to ruin customer’s experience!!! Only if I can give no start!!! ????

I called to ask if they had quarters, and they did. A few mins later they ran out and called me back to tell me. This is unexpectedly good customer care and much appreciated.

Came here today to use the outside atm, and per usual, the area wreaks of piss! I literally had to hold my breath while standing there. This has been the case for years- so I go inside to tell the teller and let them know this is unacceptable and someone should be cleaning that area- she tells me they "are aware" of the problem....uh, if that's the case, why can't they hire someone to power wash the area every morning or restrict that area for customers only. Apparently, Chase does not care if their customers step in a puddle of urine each time they need to get cash. I'm going to go back in a few weeks and if their atm area still smells of piss, I will be transferring all my money from their bank. It is disgusting the fact that it's been YEARS their atm area has smelled like piss. You'd think a multi- billion dollar company could make sure their place of business doesn't smell like PISS. This is an issue of integrity- this co. seems to have no pride and give zero f-- about their customers. Cleanliness should be the top of any checklist of a business! This is business 101! Wake up Chase!

Rude employees here. And they don't follow the hours placed outside their door. They close before 6. Not even caring about customers outside in the rain. Chase's good banking but this location has to do better

I tried calling all morning to ask details about getting Euros. No one ever answered so I just went in, only to get talked down to for not calling. I can't win! I still did my exchange, but felt very small by the teller. She didn't treat me like a person, just a transaction. I left feeling confused and unsure if I was charged a fee or not - I asked if there was a fee for the exchange she said yes, and I said I would have liked to have known that before the transaction. And she rolled her eyes and said "it's all on the receipt" well it's not. I left feeling stupid and upset.

30min wait to reset a pin (at an off peak time). All the bankers decided to take a break at the same time, feeling valued!

I've since moved to mechanics bank, after an excruciating existence with Chase for a few years here the authority to close down your account at any time they deem fit apparently it's in the fine print ., and they did close out my business account, linked to my clients..no explanation at all I called Texas Corp they didn't give a sh** very daunting that we've given or should I say the companies have taken over all power with our monies. It's sad and odd this is the way big companies decide how they want to deal with us who use payment devices (square) companies get nervous and can't exactly deem how your funds are verified so there's been a closing of accounts..like the porn star that had her account closed it was in the paper(online) . Monopoly isn't cute guys and neither is Chase .
