Wow does the manager of this branch even read the reviews because the arrogance and condescending tone reported by others has not changed.We went to set up a joint chase checking account. They asked a lot of questions that we thought were irrelevant. Questions about how long we are living at our current address, where we lived before, where we are traveling to next. We felt uncomfortable answering these questions and we were informed it was to 'better serve us'. It isn't to serve us it is to serve Chase so they can get more buisness from us. They proceeded to tell us that it would take 1.5 HOURS to open this joint account and if that wasn't OK we should look to another bank. They even wanted us to look at a 6 minute video on overdraft fees which we found to be unnecessary. We have many accounts we know how overdraft fees work.The branch manager was so dismissive. We asked whether this could be done online so we can shorten the process. He said he doesn't know and we should go ahead and try. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW as a manager what can and cannot be done. Incompetent.The summary was that if we didn't want to give all of our info over 1.5 hours then there we should leave.TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE. we will not be opening an account with Chase.

I would give no stars, but the person who greeted me and the teller were professional.This is NOT a bank. It is a ATM with people. There is not a Banker here that can help you. The manager is condescending and rude. I am appalled that Chase allows it's named to be associated with this branch.No wonder it's not listed in The Chase App. and the phone number goes to automated Chase system.And it gets worse. Just went to my Chase bank in Chicago. After flying out there to open safety deposit boxes left in an estate and being told he was unable to complete the paperwork in 2 days, I was informed by a private client banker and the legal department that all I had to do was present the document and present 2 forms of identification.I am contacting my lawyer

I went to this branch this week. The branch manager told me at least twice that he was unable and unqualified to help me. Christopher Zelnik, branch manager, was rude, condescending, untruthful and many other negative adjectives that I could use to describe his attitude and demeanor. Other people in the bank were friendly as I spent time trying, unsuccessfully, to resolve my issue. I would STRONGLY recommend that you find a branch where there is a competent branch manager that is willing to help you with your needs.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I have had at least 10 BAD experiences at this same location. Now I know why THIS ONE is always empty.... NO CUSTOMERS! I've had great experiences with Chase Bank as a whole, in other locations. After today I know now, this branch staff just STINKS TO ALL HELL! Don't trust this branch with your banking business.... If you do, hey, I warned ya! I'll never go back and it's nearly across the street from me....LOLHmmmmmm, I really wish there was a zero star rating on Google. This place definitely deserves one!

I went into this Chase bank immediately after I was mugged. I needed to cancel my 3 Chase cards. I obviously didn't have my purse or a phone. Well there was "nothing" they could do for me because I didn't have identification. No other options were offered and there was a total lack of empathy. What a crew!

Did you know Chase funds more fossil fuel projects than any American bank? Great location for an ATM that’ll be underwater in by the end of the century if they keep up their policies!
