“As usual, Enterprise doesn't let me down. Quick pick up of reserved car and even easier drop off. All the staff were great, very professional and helpful in selecting and returning my car.”
“Overall great experience renting a car. The staff was friendly. Car was clean. I did all the pre check in so I could go straight to the car. My only complaint is that the Alamo cars are under a “National” canopy. I got outside and the small booth was empty and I walked around awhile trying to figure out which lot to go to but a guy helped explain the National/Alamo cars are together. Wasn’t a huge deal. I think it took 10 mins from the time I was dropped off to the time I drove out of the lot. First time using Alamo. I will definitely rent from Alamo again.”

“We have rented from Enterprise for 30+ years worldwide because the employees in every country are exceptional—this rental at the 98th Ave location was the best in all these years. Shandraia (sp) was incredibly patient, thorough, and answered all our questions. We were stressed because this rental was due to an accident. She was so calm and understood exactly our situation. She repeated things she had already told us ( but we were too nervous to process) as if it were the first time. Her skills with the public and customers are the best we've seen. The company should formally commend her. Hopefully, your CEO, Chrissy Taylor,
can personally contact her and congratulate her for representing Enterprise in such a great way, only generating more revenue for the company. I don't write reviews often, and never this effusively, which gives you an idea of how rare this service is in all businesses and how appreciative we are that she made this distressing situation so positive. She made it easy to execute the entire process, so we have been able to move on easily from it. We have loved Enterprise, but now we only plan to rent from you. We are sharing our story and recommending that all of our family and friends rent from your company, too.

“Was in the mist of a difficult time and had a wonderful experience with Enterprise Rental Company. I ended up keeping the rental for a month and the whole time Zipeng Chen (branch manager) at the Embarcadero location in Oakland CA location was very pleasant...attentive to my needs...had to extend the rental a few times...just an all around wonderful person with great people skills. My rental experience...just perfect and I look forward to renting in the future should it be a need or want. I really appreciate the service Enterprise has the ability to pick up rental customers for the rental and drop you off after the rental...the driver was equally pleasant... with great people skills as well as great driving skills. They were both perfect!!! Thanks Enterprise!”
