I needed to print my digital art for an art show and my local printer didn't do a good job and cut off pixels with my previous art work so I needed to find someone else and I did some research and found candela and IM SO GLAD. my photo i submitted had a quality problem and a lovely person named Miranda emailed with me multiple times helping me come up with solutions as well and responding quickly and being nice even though I'm not that tech savvy. I will definitely be printing all my work from them in the future and it just arrived in the mail and it's perfec!!! THANK YOU

Great work. Very happy with their product. I had several of my paintings converted to a digital format and they came out perfectly. Hard to tell the difference between the original and the reproduction. Very happy ?

I needed a quick turnaround and a high quality scan of artwork for the cover of my upcoming book \\\"canvas\\\" and Candela Fine Art Printing came through for me. For a service like this where you are trusting a company with one of a kind original art I did a lot of research before finding Candela. I'll definitely be using them again. As a bonus their location is super convenient (just off the highway) and has free parking in downtown Oakland.

I brought in 12 (6 each visit) oil pastel drawings on white background for capture and test prints. I was told there would always be a grayish background. It took 3 weeks for them to get to each order. Each time I spent at least 3 hours color proofing on site with a tech who seemed disgruntled by the color corrections. And I was still left feeling dissatisfied with my prints. So I took my prints to Berkeley Giclee, and within 2 weeks Tony re-scanned all my originals, with no waiting onsite or personal input other than "Can you improve on this?". He also cleared all the backgrounds so that my images popped beautifully (no grayish backgrounds afterall!). All equal to less cost than Candella. I wish I had known about Berkeley Giclee and Tony's superior equipment and dedication from the start.

The staff at Candela is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was my first time showing my fine art photography and Ana was so gracious and patient in walking me all the paper options and sizing of the photos. As a result I felt confident leaving my work in their hands, and the photos came out exactly as I imagined. Although it was an investment for me, I felt the customer service, quality of work and quick turnaround time was way more value than I paid for. Thank you Candela, thank you Ana and the rest of the team! I will definitely be back and will continue to recommend you to my clients.

Absolutely love Candela Printing for their dedication, quality, and customer service. I've had Brad scan some of my watercolor paintings and I was very happy with the service. I've also ordered prints of photographs and illustrations, and the quality was superb. Brad answered all questions I had and was very patient in helping me figure out the best papers to use for the photos/images I wanted produced.

I was looking for a print shop to make reproductions of watercolor paintings. They were friendly, knowledgable, and overall wonderful to work with. The prints turned out excellent - I had to look really carefully to see which was the original and which was a print. Ana had a great eye for detail and quickly made a few edits at the proof stage to get the final prints exactly how I hoped. I brought my baby along each time I went and they even kindly kept her entertained while I reviewed proofs. Their prices are fair, their work is wonderful, and they are professional but very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make high quality prints!

From my first experience with Candela, back in it's more modest location, I have continually been impressed and satisfied. Every time, without exception, 100%. The business has understandably grown since then. it would be ideal if most services were so consistently good.

Saw some comments on here that are just alt-right people trolling. This place is great, really satisfied with they're printing and scanning. They helped me so much with choosing paper and advice on piezo printing. Very patient and flexible with meeting and working one on one. First time printing and you get 10% off.
