Went to bank today. Temporarily closed sign that says to go to Albany or Hayward branch. No one answered the phone when I called before hand. And the website says "open". Should leave a voicemail for your customers at least when we check before we drive all the way there.

I have banked with California Bank and Trust for decades. The Oakland branch office is not the place to go. There are some good employees, but the branch manager has soiled my view of the bank, they convinced me years ago to get home equity mortgage that was paid off years ago. The account was never closed and they stated I owed them 15k with documentation that they had difficulty to find. I am so dissatisfied with my experience, at last resort and great expense of driving I am trying another Branch in Hayward. This will be my last go with the bank.

Great experience with the teller line at this bank. Everyone is so friendly and efficient at what they do to help their customers. Great location by Bart and parking for customers during the day.
