This place discriminates against those seeking aid. I called to ask about preparing my taxes and get hung up by a man claiming he doesn't know English. This call was done 4/7/23 at 12:32pm. In English; he said, no one else was there to give me information about tax prep and that I would need to call tomorrow to get help. I told him that on the IRS website, states English as a language listed and that there should be someone to assist my call. He refused to answer my question and hung up. He did not want to help me get information regarding tax prep and choose to continued saying he did not speak English yet respond in English. I will send and email to IRS explaining the misinformation this company post.

Most Compassionate Caring Giving First responders ever. Tzu Chi Folks are all volunteers including CEO..They also provide so many services in the medical arena. They give their help all over the world.
If our world population was as great and kind as our Tzu Chi Family it would be wonderful..
Most likely all countries would get along with each other. They are also the best and biggest volunteer group I have ever seen..

Did not actually go there for fun, l was putting the finishing touches on a remodel there. At this time they are still closed, but will be opening soon. I'm sure everyone will be quite excited when they get back & see all the work that was done there!
