These guys are real professionals. My car was hit while parked and they took care of me very well. It’s not often you leave with a smile after getting your car smashed. Turn around was super quick and they washed and polished my car. That was a real bonus. Highly recommended.

We originally went to the insurance recommended auto body shop. Our car came back a disaster -- the weldings were haphazard and not to spec and the paint job was so bad that our detailer wouldn't touch the car because he was afraid the paint would peel off. Brooks helped me identify and photo the problems and work with our insurance company to have all the work redone. Every last part of the job had to be recompleted. I'm very grateful to them, as now my car feels as good as new.

Dani was super helpful and was very courteous to my situation. They do solid work and will have your vehicle back to you like nothing ever happened.

I recently had my car fixed at Brooks Motor. I had a very complicated insurance problems with the other driver but my estimator Rhett had been very helpful along the way. He helped me communicate with insurance companies and was very helpful and flexible throughout the process. The repair result is pretty descent as well. There's nothing much that I could be picky on the paint jobs nor the repairs. I would highly recommend Brooks Motor if you have a Mercedes.

Brooks Motors treats you like a family and will take care of you. My advisor / point of contact, Terry Campbell, is the kindest and caring person. His attention to detail is extraordinary. The damage to my car was due to a plywood impact while on the highway. Multiple damage to the front of my car. Terry and his crew knew that I was in distressed and will do everything they can to ensure a smooth process with transparency. They have my complete trust and will recommend Terry to my family and friends. Big thank you!

Edit: Frank from Brooks Motors called about my review and wanted to see if they could make me see them in a better light. It is clear that they value their customers’ opinions, which is something that I respect. Their work is good and they seem to care about their reputation. So up to 4 stars.Leaving original review below for context.************Came for minor body work, replacement of one running board panel and PPF of panel. Estimate was $973.1 week later, price at pickup was almost $1400 (43% increase). Reasons given: original estimate was from someone who said he “was new to this space and that the PPF was the bulk of the increase”. PPF was estimated at $200.Manager said no, he’s not new, and estimates are just estimates and the reason is that prices of parts and labor have changed. Offered $100 off.I argued that a 43% increase is absurd and beyond reasonable overage for an estimate. Negotiated to $1100.One thing that *might* be a factor is wife was originally the one dealing with them.2 stars because they cleaned the car and have mints on the counter.

I took my Tesla Model 3 to this shop and WOW! What excellent service. Terry coordinated my repairs. VERY professional from beginning to end. The desk personnel are kind and welcoming. When other shops were having me make appointments 1-2 weeks out just to give me an estimate, they had me come right by. Terry did a thorough inspection and gave me an estimate the following morning allowing me to get it to my insurance company. They scheduled the repairs and had all the parts ready for the job on my scheduled day. They completed the repair on schedule in 2 weeks. They even went the extra mile and provided me with the application paperwork to reapply for my HOV bumper stickers. They are very experienced with Teslas so if you need repairs to yours, I wouldn't look anywhere else.

My wife's Jaguar F-Pace S, which she affectionately named Jack Black due to it's Santorini Black Metallic color, was involved in two separate incidents: one involving a client who scraped her car, and the other involving an elderly driver who hit her car. Since we just moved to the East Bay from San Francisco this spring, we had no idea where to take poor Jack Jack. Thank God for Brooks Motor Cars. Frank our advisor, patiently walked her through the claims process with State Farm (that's a whole other review). Brooks took their time to do it right. And did they! I'm sure this has been said before: The car came back better than when she purchased it. Truly, it was perfect in that she had purchased it pre-owned from someone who didn't care about keeping the car up. Brooks restored this vehicle to new appearance, and we could not be happier.
