This winery is a welcome locale in Jack London Square, very relaxed & inviting staff and wine maker! Great variety of wine varietals of great quality from Sonoma County and Northern California vineyards. Great customer experience in a friendly and jovial environment.

Honestly the best winery in the East Bay. They are making amazing wines that can stand up to some of Sonoma or Napa's top wineries. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff is happy to be there. There's this one bald guy that is really knowledgeable and fun to be around. Bring your dog and/or some friends, order in a pizza or bring dinner, and enjoy these amazing wines.

My recent visit to Brooklyn West Winery was unfortunately disappointing. The wines, crafted under the supervision of winemaker Stewart, were simply not up to par. They lacked depth and flavor, leaving much to be desired in terms of quality.
Beyond the wines themselves, the overall environment was not very pleasant. The ambiance felt lacking, and there was little warmth or hospitality extended during our visit. For those seeking a memorable wine tasting experience, I would recommend exploring other options in Oakland.

Really delightful tasting room with wonderful wines and a terrific staff that were so welcoming and homey. This place has a professional staff with a very informal style that makes it almost like the local inviting space, definitely worth thinking of the "Cheers" of this hood and the wines were really good and not over priced, As someone who has enjoyed the local wine scene for many years I am delighted to see a wine lounge of this quality be in this neighborhood, a nice addition to Oakland for sure.

The quality and variety of what these guys do is amazing. The space itself is modern and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. But the stars of the show are, of course, the wines. There are some familiar varietals, interesting blends, and the occasional "I'm sorry, how is that pronounced again?" newfound gems too. Highly recommend for anyone who can visit regardless of where they are on their wine appreciation journey.

We went for a wine tasting/pairing (with East Bay Wine Tours) and it was amazing! Great atmosphere. We loved learning more about the wine! Amazing time and such a cute atmosphere.

Came in randomly as we were in the neighborhood.Service was nice, informative and welcoming!They know their wine and know it well.We opted for the $20 wine tasting (just one because I am not a wine person) it was 5 wines and 5 chocolates (one to go with each)That were very nice with allowing me to sit in on the tasting and try along side my cousin.Minus 1 star for the small pours...

Stew and his crew at Brooklyn West Winery are very knowledgeable and very customer-oriented, and closely tied to the Oakland Community. You can't go wrong with any of their wines - Red, Rose, and Whites and very reasonably priced. I appreciate having such a local treasure in Oakland's Jack London Square area.
