I've been bringing my Kitties to VCA Broadway Pet Hospital for many years and the Doctors and Staff are extremely nice, and truly care for your pets as if they were their own. I've always trusted them with my "Fur Babies", they are compassionate and very knowledgeable. I lost both my Kitties to Cancer recently.... if in the future I decide to fill my house with these cute Bundles of "Fur" that bring so much joy, I always go back to VCA BPH. They are like Family to me! I highly recommend them, they are caring and compassionate.

Every person at this place is amazing ! My Frenchie broke his elbow, and they squeezed me in immediately even when they were fully booked for the day. They took such good care of my boy, and when they did xrays and saw his elbow was broken they referred me to an orthopedic specialist needed for his surgery. The specialist needed some additional xrays to fully diagnose, and without hesitation or additional charges they took these for me and I was able to get my boy his surgery way fast then expected. I thank each of the staff here for their dedicated and personable service they provided me. Tank thanks you all very much too.

Alright, here is where I rescind the previous review; Broadway Pet redeemed themselves when the abscess would not abate and she needed to be seen again. They took her right away, luck of the draw perhaps, but no emergency appt. fee, the vet, Dr. Schultz met with me, did a thorough checkup and explained the rule-outs and plan of action for it. My concern was for the necessity of lab work recommended to change antibiotics, a condition that has not been fully detailed to me as needed, and as the cost of labs are the insane part of the bill (340), I challenged that part of the estimate, and they withdrew it and gave me a different antibiotic straight up. They also waived the second abscess draining fee, that was stellar, and their overall care, concern and management of me and my cat was so much better - like the old days. They ended up doing TWO drainings, and guess what? Found a foxtail in the second one, which they gave to me to show me. That's good service. Second bill was 125, Yes. They did right by me. i remain loyal, as they demonstrated their commitment wholeheartedly. They are good.

Amazing clinic, their score here is probably only low because they didn't entertain the usual yalp peyola scheme to remove complaints. Treated our dog with the utmost care and were transparent about pricing, which sure can be high sometimes but you get what you pay for and in this case it's great service. Highly recommended!

I have been a client of VCA Broadway Animal Hospital (formerly Broadway Pet Hospital) for 30+ years. My pal Luke a 99 pound white shepherd had torn off the nail on his front left paw the evening before my appointment. There was substantial bleeding and pain involved and after thoroughly cleansing the wound, I was unable to properly wrap it so I took him to emergency care where they performed a triage and told me they felt he was stable and I could wait until the next day to have him seen by my regular vet- the folks here at VCA. I called VCA first thing the next morning hoping they would be able to squeeze me in and as a 30+ year client they were very obliging and set me up with an early vet appointment . She was wonderful and immediately gained Luke's trust which allowed for a thorough exam. The bottom line is that they thoroughly diagnosed the issue, took the correct measures to address the immediate situation, and prescribed the proper antibiotics and anti inflammatories to aide in Luke's recovery. He's bouncing back wonderfully. AAA+++

I’m a little late posting this, but I drive by this place all the time and think about my experience with this hospital. Last year, my dog had a seizure and was having issues. I rushed her to this hospital and pulled into the parking lot. She had lost consciousness, but was still breathing. I rushed inside to get some help and one of the staff workers came out took a look at her and said that they were closing in 30 minutes and unfortunately couldn’t take another pet. We then left and rushed down to the emergency vet clinic on Seventh Avenue and unfortunately by the time we got there she had passed. I am still blown away by the fact that someone in this line of work would turn away a very sick animal. I’m still heartbroken and miss my girl very much. I wonder what these folks could’ve done if they were able to take a look at her that day.

My Alaskan Malamute actually enjoys visiting this place. The vets take great care with / of him and they really seem to love my dog like one of their own. Prices went up some since VCA took over, but I don't detect any loss in service or competence. I also appreciate that I can call them and email photos, etc. and I get a rapid response. BPH are our go-to vets since Jan 2022. Thank you for being there for us.
