I highly recommend to the business owner that they acknowledge when a customer contacts them. I thought I'd been scammed by this business. In October I ordered a pair of huaraches on Brand X's website and never received them. The shipping address was in OREGON. I got a delivery confirmation that my order was delivered to "the original sender" in "Oakland CA, 94609." I called to ask why, got no answer and no call back. I sent an email with screen shots of the order, the delivery confirmation to Oakland rather than the shipping address & a redacted credit card statement showing the charge. Never got any response. Only yesterday did I get a notice from the business that the cost of the shoes was being refunded. The refund does not include the shipping cost of my order despite the fact it shipped to the store instead of the actual shipping address on my order. If they'd contacted me to say they were working on the issue and could consider refunding the cost of the shoes. I wouldn't have lost trust. I don't like that I'm still stuck with the shipping cost to the wrong address. I would not recommend this business to a friend.

BRAND X ♥️I’ve been buying Brand X Huaraches,for over 25 years. My mom was the first one to buy them from the Sundance catalog, and of course I tried them on and fell in love. I’ve had at least 10 pairs so far they last forever, but I just love the colors and how they feel they are the best. They’re pretty much my every day wear shoe for 25+ years…XO Camille

Truly the rudest and most condescending man I have ever spoken on the phone with. Before he even knew my name or issue, he was already so awful. I calmly explained I was accidentally charged twice and never received an exchange or refund for what I had returned. He then proceeded to tell me I was stupid, yelled at me, told me I was lying, told me it was absolutely impossible for me to be charged twice or for any mistakes to be made, as he had built the system. He was incredibly impatient and quick to blame and utterly unprofessional. He and I both agree we were going in a circle in our conversation, but I have never spoken to someone so aggressive and mean before. I checked again, and he is in fact wrong- I was charged a second time, which he claims is not possible.

It's been 8 days since I placed my order and I have no confirmation regarding shipping. The last confirmation I received was a receipt for payment on November 6. I called and left a message...have not received a call back yet. I emailed, I messaged on Facebook and Instagram...no response. I'm kind of wondering if this company is legit but I have seen some reviews so....Just an fyi...they are a real company. I received my pair and they are ❤️?❤️?. May not be the best in replying to emails but it's a legit company AND the shoes fit like a glove.

I was very excited to receive the shoes I had ordered; they were shipped the day after I ordered them! I was impressed by their speed. Unfortunately, the shoes while absolutely gorgeous and carefully made, were just too narrow. I had originally wanted to order them in wide, as they state they sell, but all the colors I was interested in did not have wide available. I decided to chance the regular.Since they ended up not being right for my feet, I emailed them (the day after I received them) asking about exchanging them for the same shoe, same size, but wide. The same day, I got a confirmation email stating that they got my email. No response.Three days later, I sent them another message, this time though their own messaging portal on their website. Received a confirmation message of receipt and promise of response. No response.I had waited 10 days from the last message for them to respond and got silence. Utterly frustrated by the lack of communication that they espouse to provide according to the website and purchase confirmation, I researched their website to see if there was something else I could do. So, I packaged the shoes back up in the box they came in and noted "return please" on the original receipt sent with the shoes and waited for the credit to my credit card. After a few days, I called them to check on the return; I left a message. Nobody returned my call, but a return receipt showed up in my email a few days later.I wish I could say that I love my huaraches and think they are amazing. They looked gorgeous and were truly beautifully handmade. But, the customer experience I had was atrocious. I hope that they can improve their lack of communication because that is all that is standing between them and my desire to spend money with their company.

Just purchased these leather huaraches and they're excellent! So comfortable and I can wear them whenever I want. I bought three pairs and I'm paying off my purchase in installments. These shoes are totally worth it.

Just great everything! Great well-made shoes, great customer service, great style! I've owned and loved "street huaraches" from Mexico, but the thing with Brand X is they have the same authenticity, but come with premium strong supportive soles and high quality materials. Highly reccommeded!

Mine make noise when I wear them it’s annoying and no refund policy. The shoe it self is very comfortable but not worth the embarrassment.

Did they change owners? Shoes seem much lighter weight less solid construction and thinner leather. Last 2 pair just aren't the same quality.

Most comfortable leather huarache sandals I’ve ever owned. No break in- just total comfort straight from from the box! I love them! I’ve worn them for years and I’ll wear them for years to come! Totally recommend.
