I have been coming to this shop for years. The quality of the service is always amazing and hasn't changed one bit. I don't really know anything about cars but Nhi has always been my go to person whenever there's something wrong with my car. He is super reliable and helpful. Wouldn't go to anyone else but him. Terrible business with terrible customer service. I made an appointment with one of the mechanics to bring my Tacoma in to install a roof rack and they told me to be there at 1 PM. I show up at 1 PM and the guide is supposed to work on the car takes off to get a part for another car and then I am waiting for one hour plus for him to come back. So I called him on his cell phone to find out what the heck is going on and he tells me if I don't like to wait I can take my business somewhere else. That is really messed up. Instead of apologizing for his tardiness he tells me to go F off. This is a Mickey Mouse outfit, that is not going to be around for much longer. Trust me, don't waste your time or money with these guys. The longer you know them, the worse they will treat you. No customer service at all. They don't even know what customer service means. If I could give them zero stars I would.
