I attend VIVE Church here on Sunday @ 9am and 11:30am. I've only visited twice but the seems to be an awesome Bible teaching contemporary christian church. (Ages 20-45 seems to be the bulk of the demographic) This is worth a look.

Bloc 15 Event Venue was the location for the Fans' Fan Fest last Saturday (2/24/2024). What John Fisher and Dave Kaval would not do, two grassroot organizations organized and planned this event for the fans of baseball. The fans came out and supported this event. Baseball is not gone from Oakland. It is alive and well in Oakland.Bloc 15 was rocking with numerous sponsors and vendors. Even several former Oakland A's players spoke to us fans. My brother and I had a blast. The event was bomb-diggity great. Thanks to Oakland 68's and the Last Dive Bar for their dedication and diligence for putting all this together for all to enjoy. My daughter is part of the Oakland 68's and she was there to help at the fan fest. Right on!The weather was perfect, and even my school (Oakland Tech) was reppin' at this event. I made a donation to Tech's soccer team and came away with a purple and gold jersey. Say it loud, I'm from Tech and I'm proud.

From the outside, you would never know that the place is so nice on the inside. They can arrange it however you want, for whatever type of event you're having.

From the first site visit to the last minute of load-out, Stacy and her team could not have been better at providing top rank venue management services for Visit Oakland's first annual event for over 200 guests on May 10, 2023. The communication was always clear, upbeat and professional. As a Certified Event Designer and event planner, both myself and Visit Oakland would work with BLOC15 again and recommend them for any type of event. Accomodating, patient and wonderful energy truly inspired a sense of trust and comraderie. The venue is just gorgeous---centrally located, airy, modular, with beautiful lighting and sound systems. The rental package was the perfect foundation for us to add on AV for the main presentation and the musical performances by Kev Choice, and members of the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir, as well as West Coast Blues Society. Very convenient venue for vendors as well since there’s a wide gate to unload and load stuff. Spacious and comfortable!

Park in a pay lot we received a broken window on the street and saw others too. The venue is nice but again the parking sucks

This is a great place to host any type of event. Tons of room, great acoustics, and a wonderful staff. It can accommodate well over 250 people, and there are various types of room layouts depending on your occasions.
