I needed a small team and medium size truck to move an apartment's worth of furniture to my storage facility 1/2 hour away. The guys, Matthew & Eric, were on time, kind, efficient, and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended.

Big Family Movers are great. Noah the owner is responsive and he makes it easy to book movers. Matthew and Eric are excellent movers. They are friendly and efficient. They helped me move my stuff in a pod and they moved my furniture back. They are great!

Big Family Movers is amazing. We hired them to help move my dad to a downstairs location and our entire family was amazed at how quickly they finished.
Victor, Anthony, & Vasir, were friendly and efficient. They were detail and service oriented.
We will definitely be hiring them again whenever it is time to move.

First of all we love the elephant logos, it really is a wonderful symbol of family. We had Tony, Victor and Vasir help us move and they were fantastic! They worked efficiently and carefully carried our furniture up and down the stairs without scraping any of our newly painted walls. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Great guys who take good care of your things--had them both pack and move me. Victor, Matthew, Anthony, Vaisir, and Trevor were wonderful. Their professionalism and reliability really helped to take the stress out of moving. I also greatly appreciate BFM's owner, Noah, for his community mindedness in discounts for lower income families and hiring practices. A wonderful community business to support!

We used Big Family Movers for a big move from the East Bay to North Bay -- it was a two truck move and they were awesome. Erich, Antonio, Anthony and Victor all arrived on time and got right to work. We had a lot of things that we thought we would need to put in our car but they were able to put it all into bigger boxes and move it, which was so helpful. Our estimate was for 10 hours but it came in at 9 hours. Moving is stressful and they made it much easier. Highly recommend Big Family Movers!

Very good experience with Big Family Movers. I basically just needed an apartment emptied and a bunch of furniture taken to the dump. They were punctual, followed direction, were very pleasant, and camr in under budget.
