Place needs updated really bad. Carpets need cleaned, or at least move the furniture around to clean the carpets. Not in a really safe area of town, owners were super nice though and that is a big plus.Gave me great directions to lacal places to eat or grab food for microwave.Safety: Not in a good atea of town if you were a white female traveling alone.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! The owner will scream and yell to your face if you have guests over that you don't inform them! They'd keep your money and kick you out just because of that. They called me names, being racist, swearing up and down uneducatedly. The levels of stupidity, disrespect, rude are way beyond anything I've witnessed. Don't bother coming here or your nights/days will be ruined!

If I can give this motel a zero, without a doubt it would've had one from me. The ladies were really nice whenever I checked in but, there was this guy who also worked front desk and maybe an hour after checking in, when my fiancé got there after work he completely LASHED out on him before he even made it into my room. He got violent with both of us and was kicking my door telling me to get the F*ck out and that he was calling the cops. He was calling us a bunch of messed up names and belittling us because of our sexual orientation. Saying we're nasty and get the f*ck out, he literally called the cops and was on the phone with them and still insulting us telling us that our kind isn't allowed there. I have never had this happen to me but, I feel truly disgusted with the way this man disrespected us and went about this whole situation. I have videos and recordings of him kicking on the door and when I opened it he literally rushed me and put hands on me!! He pushed me and told me to get the F*ck out F*ggot. I have a lot of what happend on video and I'm not afraid to show what kind of Piece of sh*t this man is. I will let all my friends know about how I was treated and how he said I will not get "no money back nasty f*ggot."

I'm staying at a motel, but it's new and nice. I think Japanese people would like it!It's a bit of a walk from the station, but only to go to a nearby convenience store. There is a gas station nearby and if you want a light drink, go home! ️If you walk for 14 minutes, you will find Safeway Supermarket and Panda Express, so there is no problem.I wondered if I could stay one more night.

Lovely little motel just over the bay bridge. Plenty of parking, close to bart which you can travel on to San Francisco. Rooms clean and comfortable

This GEM of a motel was spotless inside and out! The owner takes meticulous care of the exterior and grounds. Our room was spotless as well. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a lg bright shower and ample counter space and every surface was spotless! Everyday our towels were replaced by housekeeping without request. The AC and fridge worked great we never used the microwave.We used BART daily to travel into San Fransisco which was very cheep and quick. The only negative is the area does have some spots of concern garbage etc but we felt perfectly safe during the day.I would not walk about at night .

The Hindu receptionists there discriminated against my family and I. We booked online, and they told us at the front that they only took credit cards and no debit or cash. This is not true as we checked with a guest. That was really outrageous to happen in Oakland CA.

I had made reservations, showed up & was then advised they didn't accept debit/credit cards. They suggested a place across the street. It was much less safe looking.

Clean rooms, clean bathroom. You have to wait 20 minutes for the water to warm up.

It wasn’t the roach, they are part of warm climates. It wasn’t the neighborhood, (Daytime is ok but sketchy at night). It wasn’t the desk, he was nice. It wasn’t the lack of hand towels and blow dryer or other amenities listed in the description for the two queen bed room. It wasn’t even the 2” gap under the door which we filled with newspaper. Although the linens were clean and the mattresses were covered in protective allergen mattress encasements, the pillows inside the cases were not protected and were stained and disgusting, but the biggest issue was THE SMELL. At first we thought that someone had forgotten to flush. That wasn’t it. The smell of old sewage was overwhelming. We turned on the fan. We sprayed Febreze. We opened the window. We wore our masks. We had come in late at night after 10 hours on the road but by early am we left in a hurry. The desk refunded our money for the second night we had reserved but the smell was in our nostrils and stuck there. We were nauseated for days.

Noise Drug dealers and foot traffic. Unhelpful staff and I should have brought my ultra violet to denote things you can't see in the light! It's probably par for the Priceline price but if not a consideration then Gee Whiz folks can we have some expected hotel standards? And this is a chain hotel too! Yikes! It had running water! . A small plastic garbage can! People around who could like your cigarette!!

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Long story short I booked for 2 nights when I arrived the guy charged me for one night and then realized that it was 2 day reservation and told me I could come back in the morning and pay for the next day which was no problem. Except about an hour after I was checking into my room I got a call from this little feminine man that told me I needed to leave in the morning because he had a reservation for that room. I kindly explain the situation and that I had a 2 day reservation et cet etc et cetera and he then started to call me a "WHITE dic*" And then told me that in order to get a refund that I would have to clean the room myself. About 10 minutes after I hung up the phone with him he shows up at my door... I was correct it was a feminine little man. And he barged into my room and would not leave my room until I left. Meanwhile I was on the phone with priceline and they heard the entire interaction between us and admitted that it was insanely Unprofessional and they assured me this never happens. This was the 2nd of 3 hotels that they put me at That all happened to fall through. The little man sat and taunted me While sitting in my face telling me to hit me you white Mfer so you can go to jail. It took everything I had not to beat the c*** out of that little guy. So after all the racial slurs and vulgar language I left and will never be back. This place should be shut down it's an absolute joke
