If you come to shop here, you need to be patient and know that it will take all day. The workers are extremely slow in the dispatch process. We're in an industry where time is valuable, but it seems they’re comfortable with how things are. I only visit the store out of necessity, but honestly, they should improve.

I had a Nut fall off my 4 Wheel Drive!!! So I had to find a replacement!!! So I Checked my Yelp Application and Bay Bolt Popped Up. So I Rolled to Bay Bolt and I parked in their parking lot. I then Rolled In and waited patiently at the Front Counter!!! A Fastener Specialist came and asked if I had been helped? I explained that I needed a Replacement nut, washer and lock washer!!! He went out to my Vehicle and sized the Bolt and went and retrieved the nuts, washer and lock washer !!! We went out to my Vehicle to try the items out and they seem to be working fine!!! So I settled up and Rolled Out!!! Service was Friendly and Efficient!!! This is a Huge Warehouse loaded with Nuts and Bolts!!! Probably a Million type of Fastener's also !!!! If they don't have the Nuts and Bolts you want or the Fasteners!!! I don't know who would??? Lol This is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!!!

This is THE place for nuts, bolts and screws. We had a tiny need for a small project and felt a bit embarrassed at taking the staff's time to help us figure out what was needed.. (Especially as customers were coming in nonstop.) The service was top notch, and we were treated very respectfully. It was a great experience and we left with materials to complete our project. Grateful for such a quality business with skilled professionals.

Came here for some odd size and harder to find bolts for a toy I was building for my son. I believe Francisco was helping me find what I need(?). Service was very helpful and friendly. They have a massive inventory, if it has threads, you can bet they have it, period. I was very happy to see they had the items I needed. And they were more than fair and generous on the price. I just have to take the time to leave this review as a thank you to the pros at Bay Bolt. Thank you for helping me with my needs.

They helped me find the size of the stud i was looking for to replace even though it was metric they had half of what i needed and even directed me to a website to order the rest from. Amazing customer service! I absolutely would recommend coming here! Thank you bay bolt!

I always call my order in 30 min-1 hour before I come to pick it up. But Every time I show up I have to wait 15-20 mins to get my order because they don't have it ready. Very frustrating when you're on a fixed work schedule. 90 % of the time it's pointless to place an order for will call if it not ready.
