Original order included carpet and pad. Pad was not used. Dealer gave me credit for pad not used , but nothing for the amount of labor not used. Installer put a hole in based board and did not tell me.

These guys work so hard they're so good with carpet and vinyl replacement. excellent service and friendly office staff. They have a great selection and are more than happy to come out with an extra visit to make sure everything is goes well.
