Called twice to schedule an appointment to open a new account; was told on both occasions that a rep would contact me to setup an appointment. Never heard back from anyone. I would not recommend banking somewhere with so little interest in money!

I wished that Bank of the West would update their hours online, very disappointing when you get to the bank & find that is closed...NOT according to their website!

Excellent service, especially during this time of social distancing. Phyllis Matthew was polite, helpful and patient with my questions. Everyone is the bank seemed focused on client comfort and safety. Small bank, but I appreciated their attitudes.
