Service is incredibly slow and they only have one teller working. The person is not concerned with the line. It took me 45 minutes to withdraw the cash with with only 2 persons in front of me. I heard her make multiple mistakes. Bank elsewhere if you value your time.

ATMs often broken down and unavailable. Long lines. Only 1 or 2 tellers to help customers. On a recent visit during pandemic, I was socially distanced in their line outside but customer in front of me was not wearing mask and was coughing, smoking, talking loudly.. security didn't do anything until they got to the door; made them wrap a jacket around their head before entering.

Just RUDE and inhumane, I had the displeasure of dealing with a young lady early in the morning, they told me they had to verify a very small check from a job i just started which is fine BUT it took an entire hour to do so, i understand things take time but the attitude could have STAYED HOME....I will NEVER bank with Bank of America NEVER!!!!!!

I waited 47 minutes in line because the 4054 MacArthur branch in Oakland ca. Only had one teller behind the window, and he was a trainee. I asked the manager can we get another teller, but she said she was with a customer at the financial desk that actually walked in after the six people waiting in line. This review might not mean much to you, but I'm seriously considering switching banks to Citibank across the street. I have over eleven thousand dollars in my account and this is the service I get?

Poor service Ladies are free sitting at her desk looking at her phone She is not bother that we are waiting for so long One of the lady too busy chit chatting with her families One of the worst people works here I wouldn't give them one star If you have all day to waste than go here otherwise go some where else She is on the phone while there is big line plus she went talking to teller and didn't bother that people are waiting in the line but she is too busy chit chatting One of the worst customer service ever

Bank of America is nothing if not consistently LAME. I went to this one teller waste-of-space to make a deposit only to be told they do not accept cash deposits. Really?! You're a B-A-N-K! "We only accept money orders or checks." I told the lone teller, "I know it's not your policy-making, but that is crazy." She wanted to defend it by replying, "It's not crazy." Well played, Lady Stepford. Then I guess it might be y-o-u.

Ridiculous service never enough tellers for the amount of customers you have on a daily. There should always be more than 1 or 2 people especially for this area. It's terrible I hate coming here.

Worst customer service. Branch Manager the worst of all! This center is useless. Best served as an ATM location only. I wish I could give them a ZERO STAR RATING

I walked in to open up a bank account both tellers were busy and we both managers were busy which is understandable if they're short staffed but no one looked up to acknowledge me or tell me I'm so sorry Sarah is going to be about a 45 minute wait rather than have me standing there and have me get frustrated because nobody knows that I even exist so for that they get one star I'm still going to open up a bank account but I will not look for any customer service there hopefully I won't have to have to deal with any of that

Usually banks are really bad in terms of waiting but this brunch is the worst one lady helping 12 people in line and one customer taking 30 minutes will remove my mortgage no regret.
