Shockingly discourteous teller. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day cuz damn. And there's only one teller window open so prepare for a wait. The woman in front was helpful in directing me though.

Poor customer service, unprofessional staff, I had an appointment at 10:30 but I waited in the lobby until 11, no one took care of me, don't waste your time there, go somewhere else.

Katherine Yang is terribly unprofessional and unable to provide accurate information. She refuses to meet clients in person and prefers people do all the leg work online for her. Highly do not recommend for anything important.

One teller. Impossible to conduct business here. Ugh. Why are they so understaffed and so slow???? And why are there tellers drinking Starbucks walking around but not helping???

Literally the worst branch I've ever been to. Amy the "manager" has no idea how to run and lead a team. She accused me of fraud on my account and then to add insult to injury I waited 30 mins for a cashier check for them to tell me the system was down and to come back the next day. I will never be returning there and I suggest others don't as well. They need an entirely new team of staff members who know what professionalism truly is

This branch location is the worse! I waited in a long line (only 2 tellers open) to get change for laundry, only to be told they did not have quarters. Clerks could not explain how that is or showed any sympathy. This is yet another let down here. The bank is either closed when I need it, super busy when they’re open and understaffed, or they simply can’t /refuse to help their customers. Take your business elsewhere.

I didn't have an appointment. I walked right in and got in line. After being in line for about five-to-ten minutes, an associate approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. That associate: Yahya alongside his coworker Suhani proceeded to assist me, with my banking situation. They made it a quick and seamless-process. I recommend any current or prospective customers to come do business at this branch. You will not be disappointed, trust me.
