My mother went in to complete a basic direct deposit, provided by the government, for required to complete her worker's compensation claim. All the individuals who "helped" her dismissed her needs and simply told her to sign it herself and that they're not allowed to sign outside forms. Due to their refusal to help, we had to deal with delays with her claim case. We ended up going to another branch and they said that this was a very standard form and helped sign and provide additional supporting documents in less than 10 minutes. Very disappointed since we typically go here since my mom doesn't speak fluent English.

No stars if possible. I understand you need an appointment for notary however I showed the person that I tried and that the system is down. Recommends that I try somewhere and they charge $15 which is nice, but I rather not pay. I'm a customer of BoA. Asked her if she can even give me a business card for the person that notarizes, goes to a room and comes back out saying how they don't know who notarizes. This branch is very unorganized. Please try elsewhere.

I have used this branch 3 times over the past three years. I have always had a good experience. Yes, the first time there was a wait at the teller line and only two tellers. It was not any worse than my neighborhood branch. The next two times were by appointment and both times they took very good care of me. I do my best to not have to see a teller at any Bank of America branch anywhere.

The waiting line was so long and BOA only had two staffs (including business window) serving the clients around 11:20am. After 20 minutes of waiting, I talked to the guy working at the lobby. He said others staffs were at lunch. It took almost an hour for my turn. Don’t come to this branch if you need something quick.

I has very bad experience and didn't see any interest to solve my problem. There is no cooperation and no interest in staff to solve problem. Staff wasn't be skilled enough to handle problem. On my request, Manager met me but like she was doing some favor. She declined to handle main problem and instructed me to approach other center. She mentioned as one time courtesy, she allowed bank customer to take out some money from own account at Teller.

It’s beyond words to describe this BOA location. Went in with my young toddler that I need to deal with escrow money transfer. My son shakes my hand off ran into one clerk’s office because the bamboo plant in her office while I was checking in with the receptionist . I quickly put my DL back to my wallet and followed him and try to get him out and started to apologize. She yelled to my son to get out. Because my son is around 2 and had no idea, he still want to walk back in with his hands hold the door. She shut the door and thank god the door is the slow controlled close, so I quickly hold the door and get him out. After that, I was so furious. And asked her how came she could be so mean yo a young kid. She walked out at yelled at me and you didn’t watch your kid carefully. I file the complaint to the manager, but she seems trying to hold down the situation but no really want to deal with it. Later, I learned from another clerk that the lady who is so arrogant is one of the relatives to the bank owner in Oakland BOA location. And she acts arrogant to everybody. Sigh for people like this world still exist. Even her colleague didn’t defend for her.

Worst Bofa location. Their notary service sucks. Even after providing original documentation they refused to notarize the copy of the documents. Gave random reasons for not doing it.

I do not recommend using the ATM facing Franklin St! Yesterday *saturday* between 2:30-2:45pm ATM immediately went out of service after I inserted my card. I went inside the lobby and luckily I was able to talk to a bank associate from behind the security gate and he said theres nothing they could do about my card and to call customer service to request a new one. Use the ATMs inside the building to avoid the inconvenience of having your card taken! SMH!

Very unfriendly person greeting at the front desk. I had walked in to tell them that they're ATM machine had just finished swallowed my card, which wasn't even a B of A card, I don't bank at B of A, bad experience from the past. This time I am equally as upset if not more upset!! The greeter at the front desk told me in not so many words that I HAD TO call the 800 number on the ATM machine, because "B of A doesn't handle this issue"... I said " WHAT!!!!!!", they also said I have to take it up with MY BANK'S CARD issuer, AND THEY WOULD NOT Help ME AT ALL!!. I AM stuck now without my card that sits in the B of A ATM machine. Gee thanks for NOTHING B OF A, for making my life harder, plus the state of your atm machines is disgusting!!! They're DIRTY!!!Very disappointed customer.

I like this location. The employees are helpful and even though the place is always crowded they try to get through the line as soon as possible. The ATM doesn't always have money in it but hey that's life.
