NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER..!This is the worst AutoZone I have ever been to with the worst cruel and disrespectful employees I have ever came in contact with! Not anyone would ever in their right mind at any other AutoZone would refuse a return when it was less than three months or even at the three-month Mark with the defective product policy which is 1 year to the date it was bought and also having a warranty also for it and in the original box that it came and the original receipt.

I had to return an item that I bought. In & out with in 5 minutes. Great customer service from Joey. This person was just as professional to help me with my return as they were when I made the purchase. I was there after 8pm on 09/20/2023. I made a purchase at the 27th St. locationon 09/07/23, the staffat this location are very professional and helpful. I definitely will drive the extra 5 miles for great customer service.Thank you Auto Zone, the difference from this experience and the one on MacArthur Blvd is like night & day.

I ordered brake pads and rotors online. They delivered to the wrong address and put it on me to correct. I spent hours on the phone. When i finally found the parts and went to install the first rotor the set screws didn't line up. I bought the gold version. Very shoddy manufacturing. And the customer service department is extremely disappointing. When i went to return the parts the guy wasn't able to because apparently they always have a hard time returning online orders. So i had to call once again to get some different numbers and go back to return again. I went with Rock Auto because they are always great.

Joey Joey Joey, I keep hearing about this Joey from the Autozone in Oakland. Had to fly out and see what all the fuss was about. Sure enough, he wasn’t in that day. A homeless man said he saw Joey and would tell me where he was for $5. Welp, looks like I got scammed. Time to fly back home to my 5 annoying kids.All my best,Karen

I brought my Mercedes Benz car battery and the front desk guy was nice helpful except he refused to give me the battery cover to protect the battery from cold air .

I called online for a part. I ordered it and realized instantly that it wouldn't fit my truck so cancelled it in the phone. I still got charged 300$ and am still waiting for a refund on a product I never received. The other order I purchased said I'd receive it in 2 days. After 6 days of still not receiving it, I get an email saying the part is out of stock and will not be getting it. Meanwhile my car was taking valuable space in a garage and the mechanic was furious that he couldn't work on the truck . Surprised the company is still in business. The worst

The employees at my AutoZone are very knowledgeable with regards to their stock and have a wealth of knowledge of a wide variety of vehicles.When they do not have an answer for you they go above and beyond with looking on the Internet or simply stating I-DO-NOT- HAVE-AN-ANSWER! For that one. The honesty is extremely helpful even IF the answer has somehow escaped their training.This will always be my go to, so please stop stealing from them so that the store will remain open. They need to eat also. So give them a break.Monte' D. F.

WORST SERVICE AND STAFF EVER.As long as you walk in the store all the staff goes missing, they hide behind the corner and they claim they don’t have tools to perform their work or that you have to buy your own so you can work on your OWN CAR, they won’t even lift a finger to help the customers, leaving on the side that even if theres a long line waiting for them to help and they claim they can’t help with whatever we need, not even to check the most basic service needed.This happened today 24/07/2023 between 9:00am and 10:00am.Next time will for sure ask for the manager and will call corporate.

I came in with a very dead and corroded battery The gentlemen here went above and beyond to remove my old, stuck battery and install the new one. It was a very dirty and lengthy job and to top it all off AutoZone provided a military discount. All in all it was a great ending to a day that started off with a car that wouldn't start.

I've gone a few times at their opening time but the gate has not been open. I called at 7:35 and someone answered. They said they were open but I could see the gate closed from my car. That's why I'm giving it three stars, the person answering.

It was good, they tightened security!To get the 5th star, the outside needs a pressure wash and litter pick up (I can recommend some one lol)But, it was good, the staff was fast and I got what I was looking for in & Out in 10 minutes.
