I am disabled and the employees here made fun of me every time I entered. One time an employee even refused to help me because of my disability. I had to stop coming here. The O’Reilly Auto Parts at 4400 Broadway is much friendlier.

Skip talking to the kids at the front counter, they don't seem to be very motivated to investigate their stock beyond a quick search on the stores computer. Go talk to the dudes that run the commercial sales counter that's kind of hidden in the back/left side of the store. They'll be able to tell you if they actually have gasket making sheet or fuel line by the foot in stock and will go grab it for you.

The cashier was not normal he seems to be high or something he can't even understand what I'm saying, it's not the first time that happened to me. it makes me uncomfortable. Not sure if I would come back to the store again.

Typical autoparts retailer. Staff not welcoming. Stare at you like you are creating more work. I just grabbed what I need and got the hell up outta there. Probably will go to O'Reilly's next time.

The first time I went there they didn't have very many license plate screws because either didn't order them or just didn't stock them, the second time I went there they didn't have any triple square sockets in stock

I wanted to buy some part for my car that I knew how much it cost online. I just didn't want to wait and visited this place to get it from there. And this dude with nose piercing without even mentioning the price, he asked me if I was going to pay cash or card. I asked to know the price & he didn't like it. The price had $140 - $150 d/ce from what I expected. Then when I tried to show him the part on my phone to confirm what I wanted, he started saying this is not ebay this is autozone & blah. So, b/c its autozone I have to pay $150 more for the same part I wanted ? Very disrepectful and unprofessional.
