Great customer service. I don't usually write reviews, but thought I might as well start because I find so many great places using yelp reviews. This place is one of them! My wife's car got hitten by someone when it was parked. We've been looking for best body shop, finally we've found best place. They not only was replaced my wife's car, but they had washed the inside and outside of her car - free. Thank you Dominick and your fellow staff for doing a great job! It is much appreciated! I will recommend all my friends choose this shop without hesitate! Appreciate you Autotrends!

Scam. Sent here by AAA, repairs took 4x as long as expected, they promised to cover my rental car and did not. No explanation on why repairs took over a month and have paint all over inside of car (for repair to outside doors.) Do not use them if you have a choice!

The team here was friendly but it took over a month to get my car fixed after I was quoted 8 days. My insurance stopped covering my rental car and I had to return it without an end-date for repairs after several angry calls from Hertz. For three weeks in a row I called Autotrends and was told the car would be ready by the end of the week, but it was not. I finally got it back 34 days after I dropped it off. I requested they reduce my deductible to help with the inconvenience and was told they were giving the insurance company (AAA) a deal on the repairs so they could not assist. This is quite a racket when AAA sends you to a repair-shop where they get a deal and the customer gets shafted when the repairs take four-times as long as expected. Additionally, Autotrends told me several times that they would cover the additional days for rental car and then Hertz charged me. This place is a scam.

I took my car in to get it fixed bc someone ran into me while I was parked. He promptly gave me an estimate and was very helpful and friendly. I went to two other random shops to get price comparisons and there was a $300 over charge from them. I chose Autotrends strictly on their competitive pricing but I am over the moon with the customer service I received. When I went to pick up my car not only did they do an immaculate job fixing my car, they detailed it inside and out including waxing my tires. My car is only 2 years old but when I got back in it, it looked and felt like the first time all over again. They gave me goodies on my way out the door. I mean I felt like royalty. Hope you don't have to get body work on your car but if you do.... CHOSE AUTOTRENDS!

I just read the first 4 reviews and couldn't agree more with how special this business is. I had a minor incident with my bumper, but when I took it to my local mechanic today he told me I'd have to go to an auto body shop. I asked if he could refer me to one and when he couldn't I did a search on "best auto body shops near me" and came up with three choices. I chose the one with the most 5 star reviews, which was Autotrends Body Shop, but was expecting that it would be expensive and that I would have to wait for them to order parts, etc. etc. I was taken care of promptly and told that it was possible they could fix it for me in a few minutes and would check. I waited about 15 minutes and the car was ready. I was given a gorgeous rose, like others have reported, and when I asked how much I was told "nothing", just give the service person a tip! Amazing! It made my day and restored my faith in the generosity and kindness of some people and businesses, just when I've been feeling low about the rampant greed in our current world. Hopefully I will not have to have serious work done on my car, but if I do I know where I'll go!

Amazing experience here today. I called yesterday, as I my driver's side mirror was hit and had fallen off. They said to come in today at 7:30 AM - first appointment of the day. When I arrived, I was greated promptly and warmly. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that it was possible to order a replacement mirror that morning, and possibly have my car ready to go by that afternoon. (This was after a different auto shop told me that the whole thing would take a few days). They then told me that they could do the same with my missing front door handle. By 1:30 PM, Autrotrends called me to inform me that my car was ready to be picked up. I arrived at 4:00 PM and was shocked. Not only was the replacement mirror on and the door handle replaced, but they had washed the inside and outside of my car - without asking!! (I've had my car for over two years and had never washed the inside, and have only washed the outside twice, so this was quite a big deal). THEN - it gets better! - I was given a bottle of white wine when leaving. Thank you, Dominick and team!! I'm so appreciative! I will for sure be coming back!

5 stars for Autotrends. Dominick was the perfect professional. He kept his promises, he patiently answered all my calls and questions, delivered my vehicle on time and the work was excellent. And as a parting gift, I was given a bottle of wine and a rose. I thought that was so thoughtful. The entire Autotrends family are the best! If I ever need body work again I'll choose Autotrends and you should too.
