Brought my Honda in to get work done from a minor fender bender. Although not “certified” for Hondas, as soon as I spoke to Adam, I knew I was in great hands. He is kind and gave me reasonable and honest estimates! When I got the car back, they gave it an exterior bath and even vacuumed the inside! Looked brand new in my eyes! Thank you to Adam and his fabulous and hardworking team!

I recently brought my car here after someone hit it in a parking lot. I picked the spot because it is Audi certified. I thought their pricing was fair; I had done advance research because I was scared that a car shop would try to rip me off, but their estimate was in line with what I expected and they didn't add anything on during service. The associate I spoke with was professional. They even cleaned my car (which was filthy from having gone on a camping trip).

100/10 recommended. After an accident you have to deal with a lot of processes, on top of physical injury. Adam showed me compassion, built trust in me and then exceeded my expectations with his knowledgeable team. I am beyond loyal to this shop. I would recommend anyone in need of their services. I found out this place through Audi of Oakland, Their services was amazing and super super professional specially Adam is super nice and took care of my car from A to Z. I dropped off my Audi to the right hand and not to worry anything. definitely will recommend anyone to use their service. Adam and his team are the best of the best. I saved their contact numbers to top of my first list whenever I need their helps for my family and all friends. Thank Adam and keep up all the good works

This shop was contracted by a dealer to perform some warranty related work for one of my cars.
Long story short, given some paint related issues on a relatively new car, I was looking at potentially having to repaint some major portions of the car.
James the owner, is really communicative and through in his work.
He provided extremely detailed insight into the work that he'd potentially be doing and provided a less "invasive"/spot treatment type option after sensing my reservations about having to repaint signification portions of a "new" car. He also made sure to answer all my questions.
I ended up going with that less invasive option as a first step as James, mentioned that if I didn't like the results, we always have the option of doing a full repaint per the warranty claim.
The quoted repair time was 3-4 days, with James saying that he wanted to personally do the work. Around day 3, he called me to apologize for the delay and mentioned that he's been out sick with a nasty cold. The repair ended up taking about a week and change to complete. While this was a bit longer than expected, the fact that he did the work himself and provided me with an update, even while being under the weather was impressive.
When it came time to pick up the car, James met me at the dealer and walked me through what he had done. He again explained his process and made sure that I was happy with the work.
I've dealt with quite a few body shops and automotive repair shops and very few, if any, are as detailed and communicative as James was.
In terms of cost or value, I cannot provide any feedback, as the repair cost was covered by my vehicle's manufacturer.
Overall, the experience with James and Automotive Collision Repair was second to none and I would wholeheartedly recommend that anyone looking for body or paint work, check out this shop!

Best car repair and responsiveness i've ever gotten from an automotive place, if you come here ask for Adam - your car will be in fantastic hands. Fixed my passenger side doors, and when i noticed another problem, they had it fixed for free ontop of everything else. Will definitely be returning for all future repairs

Best auto shop experience yet. Not only did they fix it with super frequent and helpful updates but they wiped the car down and buffed some small scratch marks for free.

I took my car to All Foreign & Domestic for a minor repair on my front bumper. I chose this shop as they have the best reviews of the shops that my insurance had approved and my car manufacturer recommended. I spoke with Adam as well as James, who were both great from start to finish. The work was completed ahead of when they said it would be and the repair looked great!

We have brought our car to automotive collision repair in the past and they were the first people we called after someone tried to steal our current car. As in the past, the team was very responsive, professional, and helpful. They were able to order parts for the repair and give us an exact schedule for dropping off and then picking up our vehicle. In addition to doing stellar work and getting the service needed done on time, everyone in the shop was nice.

Automotive Collision Repair employees, Josh and Little Joe, provided A+ service to me today. They said to bring my car in the same day I called and they would assess the damage. They concluded that the mis-aligned bumper could be popped back into place. They did it quickly and refused to charge me. I will never take a car anywhere else.

I've never had a better experience getting auto body work done than at Automotive Collision Repair. The work itself was solid, the timeline was reasonable, the price was in-line with my expectations, but above all the experience was so hassle-free.
