Used to come here often but not anymore after a bad experience with their so called manager. Came in for a basic car wash and she got upset we weren’t paying for a detail since we had dog hair. She started complaining about how she couldn’t do her job right even though that’s not what we were paying for. We never expected her to clean the dog hair and we tried explaining that to her but she didn’t care. She was extremely unprofessional.

The BEST car wash spot in the Bay. Ashley and Andre are AMAZING at what they do. Their customer service skills are top notch and they work quickly and efficiently. The standard wash done by them, is better than my last full detail elsewhere. I will 100% be coming back for Ashley and Andre.

I was in a pinch on Friday evening, around 5:30 PM to be exact, to get my car washed. Checked out a couple of hand car washes in the area , but they had already closed. Was passing by this car wash just a few minutes prior, or right at, 6 PM. Although they had already closed, they did let me pull in to get my baby cleaned up. My car got the much- needed cooling.....it was a hot day..... bath; and touched-up a little on the inside too even though I did not have time - therefore had not requested - for an inside clean. Minutes later, I was on the road, my car all primped and preened......at least on the outside!?

I wish I had a before picture because my car needed some serious work on the paint. I got a full detail and they did such a thorough job on the exterior and interior. I've had this car for 6 years so I have lot of scratches on it. I wasn't expecting them to buff these out but somehow they did!! They made the paint look brand new. I loved it. The interior also looked amazing and they even cleaned under the seats and got all the little nook and crannies. And they were reasonable priced as well. I'd definitely come back again for another full detail.

I've been here several times to have my car washed and vacuumed and cleaned inside. I've taken it several times when it has been really really a mess and they do a great job of making it look practically new inside and out. It does take a little time so be prepared for that but I say totally worth it. The value is good.

Very pricey. $30 for sedan interior and exterior wash. Did a pretty good job of washing but they left my side mirrors with water marks. Also, would not recommend if you want to your front mats. They forgot to put them in after washing them... there was a stack of them just waiting for the owners to come back to claim

I've been to 3 car wash places in Oakland and this is the best!!! This lady spent an hour cleaning up the dog hair and she was very detailed! Super nice ppl! Thank you!

Second time coming here and I only come here when I don't have the time to wash my own car but I regret coming because it takes them longer to clean in and out my car than I do and I do a great job of cleaning my own car AND WAX fast(I have prior car wash cleaning experience when I was young and a motor head). It doesn't take 90 minutes to do a simple wash and vac. It is supposed to take 30 minutes to do one car from one staff member but there are 4 staff members here and two cars ahead of me. Not really efficient. Staff needs to hustle more instead of taking their time on a car. People need to get things done and is the reason why they have someone else wash their car in the first place. Other than the slow service they do a "decent" job and people are friendly. I still have to go home and end up doing some touch ups myself...

Very thorough hand wash place. Pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, but still managed to get in and out in 90 minutes. Would go back.

Two stars for the quickness but the quickness comes with the price of not a clean car. Came here a little after 9am on a Saturday. I was the next customer in line, with two customers ahead of me waiting for their cars to be vacuumed. The guy washing my car was taking cigarette breaks in between washing my car. In total, he probably only spent 5 minutes wiping down my car with no attention to detail. I had to do spot cleaning when I got home because, as mentioned, my car only got a wipe down. They also left streaks on my windows that I had to go over myself when I got home. I paid too much to have to end up basically cleaning my own car. They need a lot of improvements, starting with the way they wash cars and having their workers take breaks away from customers cars and not during a wash job. I won't be coming back.
