100% - Emilio is a top notch professional who cares about his quality of work. Excellent communication, letting me know his ETA, brought a quality windshield, great price, and he even vacuumed both sides of the interior for that extra touch.

Call Emilio for all your car window repairs! He was responsive, helpful & communicative. Was able to come to me within a few hours and fixed the issue ASAP. Affordable too! I will definitely recommend him to others that may need service, as window replacements seem to be common in this area unfortunately. Thanks Emilio!

Emilio and Auto Glass Medics went above and beyond to fix my windshield. They repaired 2 rock chips, explained the process of what was going on during the repair, and left with my windshield repaired. I called on Thursday and he was here on Saturday. I would highly recommend him to anybody in need of vehicle glass replacement. And don't be fooled, he's busy because he's a 1 man show. So if he tells you a few days from now, just wait, because he's worth it!! This is now my second vehicle he's repairing and I'm grateful for his expertise!

Last week was my second time calling Emilio at Autoglass Medics, and once again, he was great, responding promptly, courteously, and most important, having the type of window glass needed for my car. The latter in itself was impressive, as many places have a backlog on Hyundai glass and parts. Bonus: Emilio's prices are half what the insurance company-affiliated corporate company wanted! My recommendation: Save yourself time and hassle, and if glass replacement is needed, make Emilio your first point of contact! He truly is THE doctor/medic of autoglass replacement!

Emilio was referred word-of-mouth by a trusted neighbor who has twice needed his service.Autoglass Medics and Emilio will always be in my contacts! The Bay Area unfortunately has a large number of car break-ins via smashed windows. Emilio provides great communication via text and phone, responds quickly, is courteous and patient (I originally gave incorrect information to him about which car window needed replacement!) and most important, is able to provide needed service in a timely manner. Emilio was incredible, he went above and beyond with repairing my window and even vacuumed my whole car!!! Highly recommend this business! I was on my way home from work this morning when a big rock got kicked up and hit my windshield! It left quite some damage and I needed it fixed fast. I started to call a bunch of places and Autoglass Medics had the best pricing so I decided to give them a call. Emilio came to me in San Jose from Oakland! He was extremely professional and got the job done quickly! I am super pleased with the service and the willingness to come out and give me a hand. I will definitely keep his number for any future mishaps.

He provided a competitively priced quote for a windshield replacement and provided a lot of extra tips over the phone about how to spot quality windshield work, which was very informative. He was able to squeeze us in for a same-day job and worked well into the evening to finish the job and do it well. It was a challenging job to remove the original windshield which had been crushed, with shards of glass everywhere. Emilio offers fast, accommodating, professional, high-quality service. He will come to your home - super convenient while we're working from home anyway. After he completed the chip repair on my windshield, he washed all of my windows. Also, he didn't mention that he did, but it sure looked like he vacuumed my floor mats too. What a guy!
