“This location is great. Got into an accident and with my insurance agent recommendation, had my vehicle repaired here. Made an appointment with Terry the front desk representative to walk through and hand over my keys to Francis who was my vehicles point of contact. Both of them was professional and easy to talk to and when it came to an issue, Francis didn't shy away from taking care of it right away. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired. What started out as a homeowner's policy at a reasonable price for excellent coverage turned into (over the next few years) additional coverage in auto, an umbrella policy, and earthquake coverage. State Farm's pricing is much better than AAA. Take it from somebody who had been with AAA for 40 years.OK... If you're still reading, let me add some additional specifics. Stephanie provides comprehensive information within a day. Her entire team is friendly and knows me when I call and say, "Hi, this is Lisa, and I'd like to make my monthly earthquake payment." They say sure... How's your day going?.. Would you like me to put that on your credit card that's on file?.... How about I email you a receipt?..... Thank you for calling!... “I'm not an AAA member but I needed an international driver's license (required to rent a car in some countries) and the state department website indicated that AAA is where those are issued. I called the number listed for this branch on the website and couldn't find the right menu option so just pressed 0. A woman answered right away (it might have gone straight to her personal line?) and told me that no reservation is required for this service. When I arrived they took my name and there was only a very short wait before I was helped, everything went very smoothly. I went back one more time for an unrelated reason and once again found everyone very helpful and friendly. Thank you!”
