Audi Oakland has become one of the best auto dealers in the area. I live in Oakland and am a previous Audi owner. I used to drive to Concord or Fremont for service or shopping because I had been frustrated with the Oakland shop a few years ago. But I just was in the dealership two days ago and I was blown away by the top-notch service.
I was returning a lease, sad to say goodbye to my Q5. I knew I was going to be asked about getting into a new Audi and I was prepared to say no. But the manager Omar was so straightforward and we were able to talk specifics without a lot of run around.
I thought about things overnight while he looked for the color I wanted. I was back the next day signing papers and out of there quickly. The deal was rock solid. And I know Omar had to jump through a few hoops to make it work, which I really appreciated. seemed like a man of his word.
I learned they have been under new management since the spring of 2024. Apparently the service shop also getting rave reviews now.
If you're like me and used to avoid this dealership, you might want to try Oakland again. It's become a really nice representation of the Audi brand!

This was my first time visiting, but I was pleased with the service, the waiting area and the communication. I will definitely be returning for future service visits for my Audi A6 and my daughter's Audi A3.

The entire team at Audi Oakland was awesome! We went in to test drive a used car and our sales person was easy going and helpful. As we moved through the negotiating process we quickly realized this is a dealership full of people willing and able to assist and reasonable accommodate their customers. The entire process went smoothly and everyone was super genuine and respectful.
We enjoyed the experience so much that we may even buy a second car from this team! Thank you Omar and your sales team!!

Don’t trust this dealership, specifically that guy name Andy Jones. They will hustle you in terms of contract amount financed details, don’t sign any contract without the final total prize, tax and all other details that you’re not aware about that’s been added. Make sure to read contract. Not able to post this rating without a star, if i was able to I’ll give them zero star, Negative experience all around.

Just recently bought a pre-owned Audi from Audi Oakland and the experience was great from beginning to end.
From the initial sales experience, to the store manager and finance, I felt taken care of and not haggled. I would buy from here again and have my vehicle serviced there as well
