I was completely unable to receive messages or phone calls. I called AT&T five times and chatted twice I came to the AT&T Lakeshore store and John solved it in three minutes. Whatever he’s paid he should be paid 10 times. He is the most amazing tech person ever and I have a PhD in engineering and I’m saying that from my heart, and he’s a genius and also bilingual!

Hello my name is Shante DI want to start off saying thankyou to the team at Att they helped in a tremendous way starting with bibi greeting me making me feel welcome I've just became a customer the other day leaving tmobile! Immediately after me trying to get my phone to work shemeek comes over trying to help using his devices and did everything he could do with the help of Shelby they both tried different techniques to try and help me out which showed me they care for there customers I want to say they got me happy about switching to ATT I feel l made the best choice thanks to att and especially these three they are the best!!!!! Please give them an acknowledgement or even a raise!!! I'm also a first net customers Thankyou so much ATT I love it already!!!!!!!

Hu, in Oakland on Lakeshore, was so knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I had a few issues that he was able to solve very quickly. Great experience at ATT, which I can’t always say is the case.
