A bunch of clowns, does not train for ACP Clients in getting new internet service. Skip this location. Employees lied, about the service plan for ACP. Glad we left and found a different service company offering better speed. One of the employee made fun of Seniors trying to get new internet services using ACP. “He giggled when he mentioned an senior getting the internet service.” Shame! Go look at the official at&t website, they have new internet service available as low as $0 after the ACP discount. These employees didn’t believed it as low as $0 after discount. Use Comcast Xfinity for ACP clients in getting new internet services , its is $0 after discount, and includes equipments.

AT&T is stealing from me. S23 Ultra with double the memory upgrade. Any old Samsung phone. I got my phone. Turned in the old one and got an email detailing it was on its way. Then it had arrived. Then it tested good and my trade in was Great! This was February/March.In June AT&T called me. "You turned in your phone 15 days late, it took 45 days for you to ship to us. And it doesn't turn on."END RESULT: They told me it appeared I was correct.I traded in a working device and AT&T had somehow messed up, badly.That was June. They told me they would fix this w/in 2 months.They are still charging me. I looked at my bill.Then called AT&T.As I called too late, 20 minutes before closing, they could not help me and I'll have to wait ANOTHER Day, another call(s), more hours of my life wasted due to a crooked company.NEVER will I send anyone to AT&T.I fulfilled my contract. I have evidence. You're still collecting money from me when I proved I was correct. You were supposed to take 60 days, max to get to the bottom of this. This is over 3 months, nothing noted in the account, and you're STILL charging me for the contract I fulfilled.How many of us are there, I've to wonder if this is another class action lawsuit.This is theft. You are now stealing from me.

Great experience at the AT&T store! Will and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and they helped me activate my device. The store was clean and organized, and I didn’t have to wait long. Overall, excellent service!

The sales representative were all super nice and patiently answered all my questions about the best phone plan. The sales representative , Edison, Will, Vivian, and Howard all help in handling with installing fiber for me and walk out with a brand new phone. I definitely recommend anyone that has Att to stop by at this store.

my phone but it and I was in need of a fix ASAP. Went to a bunch of spots to try and fix the screen and all of them said multiple days and multiple hundreds to fix. I ended up around the corner in this spot and Danny hooked it up, sold me a new phone w/ accessories for about what a new screen would have cost. Thank you! You guys helped me out in lightning time.
