Today I filled up and went inside to grab a lotto ticket. Handed the cashier a $20 and said “10 tickets please.” He replied with “ten.” Handed me a ticket. Drive a block away and notice he only gave me 5 tickets. Went back in to explain his mistake and I would like my ten back. First he kept saying “are you sure you don’t want the tickets instead?” After saying “no, I will take my $10 back” he got upset and started yelling and making a scene saying I was trying to scam him in front of other customers. I told him to look at the cameras three minutes ago. At first I thought it was a simple mistake, now I’m sure he tries pulling this all the time. Avoid this place, avoid an establishment that purposefully scams people.

Competitive prices, I always go fill up at this Arco. I feel bad for the workers for having to deal with all those teens, and people always come in through the exit instead of the actual entrance so it gets messy, but that’s because people are as*^oles, nothing to do with the owner.

The folks who work here are all great--super friendly, great service. But the owners apparently are not. Expect strange surcharges. I bought some nachos and ended up paying $1 for the disgusting yellow liquid that spurts out of the weird little cheese machine. Gross greed to go along with gross food.
