Angela has been a very personable person to engage with and truly has customer satisfaction concerns. She absolutely wants her clients to be happy, are least, my experience of her and staff.

Not happy with the responsiveness of this Allstate agency. I've been an Allstate customer for over 40 years. I've had to change to a new company due to the lack of service that resulted in me driving UNINSURED for over a week without me knowing it. I've since switched to AAA. I get a live representative in the phone and receive text messages if I need to address any concern.

Worst insurance experience of my life. Angela quoted me a price for adding my wife to my exiting policy. It turns out she gave me the wrong quote. My insurance went up hundreds of dollars. I immediately cancelled the entire policy but not before Allstate charged me a "fee" of $200. I refused to pay. They sent a collections agency after me. Bogus back-alley hucksters.Choose Progressive.

One of our condo members in charge of making insurance payments failed to make the payment, so we were dropped. When we reached out to Angela to get this fixed, she said All State is not taking any new condo clients so we don't have condo insurance. Weird, but okay I get it. We asked for options and were not provided with anything other than we just don't have insurance and All State will not take us. It was March when this happened. We go to try and find condo insurance elsewhere, but every company requests a Loss Report. I emailed Angela and never got a response. I somehow got her on the phone and she said she put in the request and I should be receiving it. Never received anything. So now it's September and we still do not have a Loss Report. I called and emailed her again. 3 days later she responds saying Ron (who was then copied in the email) will request it from the Commercial Division. Still nothing. I'm still trying to email and call again and we'll see if I can get a Loss Report. TL;DR: Unresponsive. Not helpful. Doesn't do what she say she will do.

Incredibly hurt and appalled at the extreme rudeness that Angela exudes simply over phone calls. She has been managing my fathers insurance (which both my mother and I are insured under) for years - I have seen and spoken to her for years in person and over the phone. Don't know what I ever did to get such a condescending attitude every time I call as of the recent couple of years. I do my best to remain calm and continue on with conversations as I manage most of my fathers calls given he has a very busy work life/broken English (something I always acknowledge when making a call - that I am of age and calling on his behalf). Yet, Angela always seems to be really bothered that I handle communication between her and my father? Totally understandable that she wants to be clear between what is said between me and her. What's not understandable is her word choice, tone of voice and constant interruption in conversations. I kid y'all not - every single time I hang up the phone after I'm on a call with her I feel so sick to my stomach. I treat others, especially my elders, with utmost respect - same treatment I've always given Angela. As you can all see by the countless other negative reviews regarding her attitude I hope you find and insurer that makes you feel comfortable and safe. This isn't it.

I have been with Allstate since 2006. I have always had a great experience when anything comes up. Angela was helpful for a few years when I resided in Oakland (2013-2016). I was happy with her assistance when I would call and make my payment to her monthly, I always felt like I was a bit of an inconvenience because I was always advised to pay on the app, I tend to be a bit old school, but that's a personal preference. There were times I felt I would call and ask questions and she was very busy so my questions were not fully answered or I was rushed off the phone or put on hold multiple times. I kept Angela as an agent up until about a month ago after I went through a series of unfortunate events. I had been set up on automatic payments for two of my four policies I hold through Allstate because it was easier to do them by calling her office monthly. My bank account had been hacked and I had to change credit card information for those policies. Long story short, every time I called I was told she would call back to confirm the new credit card had been charged and the policies were good to go. I never got a straight answer from her on if my new banking information had been updated that I updated on the app. I called twice in two days (once hung up on) and once being told I would get a call back from her after she was aggravated on a call with me and could not give me a straight answer. I explained to her that I had updated the information on the app but it was not showing the new updated information I entered. When I called to follow up about 4 days later, Angela unleashed on me. She stated I called her incompetent in her job and that I clearly knew more than her in her own field. I literally said, are you kidding me? I am going through so much at this moment and you are yelling at me for confirming that my payment information is correct and my policies are in effect?? She told me since I knew everything, I should find a new agent (clearly what I should have done to begin with) and I said I was already on it. Angela has no knowledge that my house caught on fire in December and we lost everything. I was being extra cautious to make sure all policies were up to date. Funny, since I filed a claim with with Allstate through my insurance in December and her as my agent should not need me to inform her of this since she can look up my account and be knowledgeable about her customer. More frustrating is to speak to me with such an attitude and providing such horrible customer service after being with Allstate for so long and going through such a horrific personal experience/loss and to have an agent treat you with so much disrespect, was too much to handle. I have switched to a new agent with not one issue. Every person I have dealt with has been amazing except Angela. I do not post negative reviews a lot but if you are looking for an agent to be there when you really need them, when your policies and their advice really matters, this is not the agent for you. I do have multiple emails from Angela that show her true colors when a customer is going through something I hope NO one has to ever experience.

I became a member of All-State because they got the guy who hit my parked car off without paying me.. I left nationwide... I get more coverage for less with All-State .
