This store has a very disgraceful work ethic. I would advise black costumer's to think twice before giving these people your money.On two occasions the store clerks Korean and African American were promoting black on black hate.One day I came in and both the African American woman clerk in her 20's and the Korean male clerk in his 40-50' were watching a YouTube video of Black women fighting. Wtf? It was loud enough for me to ask what they were watching. They both seemed very comfortable with promoting this black on black violence in the store and at the register! It was appalling and I did tell them so. (They must think that ALL People of color are the same and that we condone this type of BS)Now, today, I walk in the store and see a sign with alleged black customers which they (the Korean owners) have deemed thieves.On each picture of these alleged black thieves is a derogatory and bigoted message written on each picture. When I asked the Korean clerk why that was posted at the entrance of the store he replied that it was the manager who put it there...This is unethical and blatant racism. How do we as customers know if the are telling the truth or lying about these black customers? It is not an ethical business practice to do what they are doing ESPECIALLY because they depend on Black costumers to keep them in business!I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE!!

These people are one of the most stingiest blood suckers of the black poor community. They have a packs of nails that are MISLEADING ON THE FRONT COVER, IT LOOKS BLACK BUT WHEN I OPENED IT TO DO MY NAILS THEY WERE NAVY BLUE. I went back and complained they have no sympathy no compassion for black people She told me I shouldn't have opened it, HOW THE HELL DID I KNOW THEY WERE NAVY BLUE? I WOULDN'T PURCHASED it.I spend hundreds of dollars with these UNGRATEFUL PEOPLE and got nothing in return not even an exchange. I'm glad that a lot of Black women and girls are doing and creating their own nail, hair, eyebrows, etc businesses because we need to stop supporting people who don't give a damn about the black community by taking our money and getting rich off our backs!! I'm sick of it and we as a black community should be too. They treat us like crap. They take our money we giving it to them like dummies while all along their sitting behind their counters watching us like a Damn hawk on their cameras or they follow us around as though we're the only ones on the planet that steal.I could've gone online ordered from ALIBABA, ALIEXPRESS AND PURCHASED MYown NAILS FOR HALF THE PRICE OR LESS had I been more mindful.This is where they getting these products from.Black man and woman must rise and do for self and stop supporting people who don't give damn about us.

This is one of my go to beauty supplies when I visit the area. They have tonssssss of hair! Great prices and sales! I go there for the pony tail selections, eyelashes and accessories. I love a good drawstring pony tail. They have tons of products, nail stuff, jewlery and eyelashes. People working yesterday were very nice and helpful to me. Highly recommend this place hands down!!!! Thank you guys.

Such a large selection of wigs and hair! I love pinks, blues, and purples and this is the only place I can find an actual selection of those options. Super friendly staff

This store is NEVER OPEN AT 9AM as it states. The gates are closed and it is now 9:30am. UNACCEPTABLE.You will LOSE CUSTOMERS this way.*Go to the beauty supply.on Market Street, they are always open on time.

I love them!However, they don’t open right at 9am. I’ve waited outside for 35 minutes, and still no one has shown up!And as a hairstylist, that has affected my business multiple times, to where I do not even think of them if it’s not after 12pm.Other than that, they’re great!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My first time patronizing this business yesterday and I had an unusual experience. They didn't have the product I wanted so I asked for a recommendation. The ladies were very helpful and made a suggestion. Since I was indecisive on which one of the 2 products I wanted I figure buy both. Well, at the register as I was about to pay, the cashier asks the other lady if I needed both items. The other replies, " No, they are practically the same". I had to share this with y'all cause who turns away a sale? I'm so impressed with the integrity of this business!! They show real concern for the consumer. This will be my go to beauty supply for my needs. They put the customer first. BTW, I really like the product she recommended. Definately recommend this business!!!

So quick question what time do you all actually open I'm sitting outside it's 9:05am and it's still completely closed, I guess I'll go to the warehouse but this was more convenient. It says your open at 9am
