The most heartless customer service you'll ever receive. The gas attendant refused to let me use the restroom even though I would buy gas or anything at the store. It was an emergency as I had ate something that didn't sit well with me and I was barely holding on. I practically begged this guy, but he didn't care and told me to get out. If this guy ever reads this, if you ever find yourself needing desperate help, I hope you receive the same treatment you gave me.

Just shopped there now the guy charge me extra 5 bags i just one and very expensive items bon appetit mini for $ 2, 89 each that's so crazy he does that in purpose cause he took too long like he doesn't want ro give me a receipt

This is the most frustrating gas station. Every time I go, their credit card system doesn't accept any of my cards. This is the only gas station this happens with. I now go to the Chevron a few blocks away.

I was assaulted by a man demanding money here when I came to get gas right after the sun had set, early evening in September. Usually people go away when you say no, but he chased me to my car and banged violently on my window and shouted expletives at me. I parked around the other side, went inside and informed the attendant that this man was being violent on their property. I was just stared at, and had to walk back to my car alone and be accosted by him yet again on my way out. When I told him to leave me alone and to f off, a few other homeless looking guys standing around started yelling at me "hey you can't talk to him that way lady" and started yelling at me that I had money and was shitting on poor people. I am poor and broke myself, and was driving an old breaking down car! I told him no because i literally didn't have any money and didn't know how I was going to feed myself that week. After seeing how the owners reacted I won't ever come here again. Allowing women to be violently accosted and saying and doing nothing.

This is hands down the worst gas station in the entire Bay Area. That's all I have to say. If you wish to tempt fate, go here and give it a whirl. It will leave you in wonderment of how something could be such a money-sucking clusterduck.

I like it here! Cheap gas Chang who works here is super friendly! And has a gentle nice spirit! Only downside a lot of people hanging around asking for spare change/to wipe windows or pump gas for change... which can be a little Annoying sometimes but I frequent often that I am use to it lol! But if you are looking for cheapest gas is N Oaktown this is good place to go!
