THEY USE 2 DIFFERENT CARD SYSTEMS TO STEAL YOUR EBT INFORMATION I HAVE SCREENSHOTS AND LEGAL PROOF TO VERIFY ALL OF THIS AND BEURO IS INVOLVED DO NOT WORRY THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN SOON!!!!

AVOID UNLESS DESPERATE!!! “Change of ownership” will perhaps (HOPEFULLY!) change the employees as they are so rude, angry and hostile. The lady behind the counter to the right is ALWAYS in a foul mood. How can a place of business have such horrible employees represent their company and customer service? AVOID DUE TO TERRIBLE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The parking lot and gas station attract a lot of transients, therefore, the transient are asking for money often they are drunk or appear to be high. hopefully Mayor towel will come up with a sustainable idea to remove all transient from businesses. Upon entering the store customer service could be better but you must consider the area prices are somewhat reasonable depending on what it is that you want this is not a place I would travel to at night.

The car wash here is malfunctioning or poorly designed. It does not pre-soak your car with water. It throws some soap on and immediately starts sanding the dirt against your paint with the brushes. Save your money and time and don't let your cars paint get scratched.

It's plain and simple Getto bad customer service representative. Store unstocked they charge for hot water... They don't let you use your own thermos cup do you have to buy their cup for hot water very unfriendly unfriendly unhelpful poorly stocked employees who don't want to be there just overall bad attitudes

The staff were VERY HELPFUL when I got gas here on Tuesday night. I left my phone on the counter and another customer snatched it pretty quickly. I realized I didn't have my phone on me a few minutes later and the man working at the cash register was kind and trusting enough to let me borrow his phone to call my phone. He even let me take it to my trunk because I wanted to make sure I didn't drop it in there. When I was calling it with his phone at my car, an unhoused man admitted to having taken my phone from the counter. I brought the cashier's phone back to him and thanked the unhoused man with $10 worth of gas. Meanwhile, the 2nd gas station attendant came outside to make sure the man would give my phone back to me. He did.These two staff went above and beyond that day. I imagine they have to deal with a lot of stressful situations working at this location. They didn't appear burnt out, but dedicated to supporting their customers. I only get gas here and at the Valero near where I live. I am grateful for these two kind humans and I hope they get pay increases, because they are very valuable for our Oakland community.Thank you both, and God Bless,Annmarie

The woman at the register is very rude and has a terrible attitude every morning! She really needs to realize how important her job is in dealing with public and starting ones day! Too bad she has to be so rotten! I surely would not have her as any sort of an employee that greets my customers

Wow deleted my review after I said I was misgendered by one of your female employees and her friends with one of them asking to see my id to "prove my gender"...I'm nonbinary ¬ entitled to show my id (nor is anyone who is trans) unless buying alcohol or cigs

A God-awful gas station. It's cheaper than other ones in the area, but it's also far more unpleasant. When I went this morning, the price at the pump was ten cents more than it was on the sign. And then later in the day, my bank called me as someone stole my credit card information from the machine after I left. Avoid if you can.

Two female cashier has been rude and discriminated me, and by the rule there not suppose to refuse to take my service. my meaning is they refuse my service because of my accent, and discriminated me.

Went to get lottery at 8:00 and coffee. No lottery at that time mega super and Powerball, and no lids for coffee I drive a city bus. No way for me to take just left it.
