I got my sunroof replaced here and Joe couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process! He was super communicative and helped me answer any questions i had. The quality of work was also impeccable, so I will definitely come back if I have a future issue. 10/10 recommend!

I had the worst experience staying in a hotel in my life. The level of cleanliness is very bad, the water basins are clogged, and the management does not care.

Sunroof broken by unknown perps two days before thanksgiving and rain storm. Looked for several repair options which were limited due to this being a special problem, sliding sunroof. American was recommended, went by the shop to plan for repairs, i.e. when and how long for replacement. All I can say is don't let the look of the building and detour you. Joe, knows his stuff. Last of the true professionals. It's a skill and a trade he is an artist in his own right. Once the glass arrived, I took the car to him at 12:00 noon. It was done by 2:00pm. I expected the car to be there for at least 24 hours. Would have been a bad day commuting to SF and back to Berkeley during rush hour if I had to come back the next day. Joe is "d" man.

Joe did a great job. A bit skeptical when I first got there and saw the location, but after a short conversation with him and what he can do, all was good. He really is a nice guy and did a very good repair on the seat to my Mini. Could not have asked for more.

My Cayman's headliner began sagging and needed replacing. Joe suggested that I come to the shop to choose the fabric. He had a nice selection and I found a very close match. Only two days to get the fabric and one day to install. His workmanship is excellent. I'm very pleased with the results. You can't go wrong with using this shop.
