It's great Alameda Public Health officials are mandating masks but it's still not enough. We need KN95 and people to double mask. Heck, I wear one outdoors also because I'm such a good person. Thank You, government officials for keeping me safe.

Joke of an agency of unelected officials. Take your head out of your a**. The CDC says I don’t have to wear a mask I don’t have to wear a mask. Everyone takes their own risk when they go out. I think COVID gave you a little to much power. This needs to be all extend officials going forward. PS end this pointless mandate.

omg, you are still requiring people to wear masks indoors over 2 yrs after the pandemic ??. For what? Seriously what other cities across America have this right NOW, going on, especially during their fair season. What a, bunch of idiots. I find this amusing almost. Thank god I don't even live in this city and not bringing my business here. Good luck

There is so much info about everything about BUT when and where to GET a COVID 19 vaccination. I do not have to be talked into getting one. I am ready! I am over 65+ and work in a school. I am ready! I can drive myself there any time! I am ready! Where can I get an appointment? Over 65+ friends in the Bay Area are waiting hours to get on a Kaiser phone info line to be told "Call back tomorrow" or driving to Vacaville, Stockton, or miles to a Safeway pharmacy to get an appointment that is temporarily available. Is this how it is going to be? I see newspaper pictures with young people in lines for the vaccinations. Where? I assume they are essential workers or medical support staff? My PCP at Kaiser said I would be notified with a well organized plan for distribution from Kaiser. Not happening.........apparently I have to do my own research regardless of age or need to open schools. :(

Called to ask a question about "shelter-in-place" order. The rude clerk told me to call CDC and when I tried to clarify my issue, he hung up on me. Nice to know you care so much about the residents in Alameda County. Good job.
