Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of having to ask the gentleman who works here for help! I have never met anybody so cantankerous and rude in my life. He axes if he resents me for being here, he resents being here, and he wish that we would all just leave. They shouldn’t have anybody working with the public that is that road you just lost another customer.

The person who monitors this place is always rude and grumpy. I came two days in a row and the first day my clothes didn’t get clean because the washer was broken and the monitor told me I should have asked before putting my clothes in and never put a note up that the machine was broken! I’m here again to day and the dryers aren drying my clothes. I informed the guy here and he was rude again and both time Im left feeling robbed. He won’t even give me a number to speak to anyone besides him. DONT WASH HERE YOULL HAVE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TRUST ME

For the past couple of years, I have been using this facility every week. Is it clean, luxurious, all machines in working order kind of place? Nah! But*There is an attendant who can help if coins get stuck etc (not the friendliest but I don't personally care) and he tries to keep the place clean*Different sizes of machines *It's been always open during the posted hours except once when I guess someone was replacing someone and I had my clothes in the dryer but they let me stay by myself and I just had to shut the door behind me. *Typically not very busy*Change has been always available except onceConvenience store nearby to get detergent and bleach, and sometimes they sell there as well. Bring exact cash as they have no ATM nor do they change for smaller bills.The coin change machine takes $20 and under. That is not the place's fault at all and I know it's not their responsibility but be careful to leave when machines run as there are some bad actors out there claiming "they didn't know these were not their items"For me, this place is a blessing as I have tons of sheets and towels to do weekly and I have no laundry in the house.

Literally the best laundromat in Oakland. Prices are ridiculously good. Place is clean as a whistle, and they take really good care of the equipment and keep the change machine working and available unlike SOME laundromats in the area.

Wash how was very clean.. My washing machine is broken and I needed to wash my work uniforms.. so I come in to just wash and dry at home.. I never had a problem parking is right in front.. the staff has been nice

I've been coming here for over 10yrs to do laundry since it's closed to where I reside. Unfortunately the last couple of times I've came there's this old man very rude always wanting to go home early and not allowing customers to do laundry after 5pm. He does very rudely in a demanding tone. The place is dirty and all you see the attendant do is smoking cannabis. Many of the machines don't work and there no signs then if you try get the attendants attention he response in an angry way. This will definitely be the last time coming here. If I could id hive it a no star but that's not an option.In pics you can see one machine has a caution sign and the other one doesn't because he chooses to steal the found inserted claiming “I don't need to put a sign!”
