terrible customer service for the shop. I test smog the car and they failed the car because they said the catalytic converters were tempered which was not true. I called the CA referee board and proved that it was not tampered with. Brought the car back and they charged me again to pass the car. No apologies or anything. they just want to make money here and don’t care about customer service.

It is quite the station…. People seem to use it as an outdoor bathroom. The air and water costs $2 for 5 minutes, but the equipment is so damaged that it is a waste of time and money to try getting air in the tire. Overall: a poor choice to spend your money and time

Went to get my car smogged & there was a guy i have never seen there & i noticed he was telling just about everyone their vehicles did not pass smog including my very own & to go drive the vehicle 65 mph for a while & to come back for a re-test but here was the catch..the re test is 20 extra dollars.I have personally never heard of that but i did & miraculously my vehicle suddenly passed smog.Funny thing is before i went in i used my personal OBD reader & it showed no issue at all,something kind of suspicious about that to me,i have been patronizing this place for years & even refer customers to them because of the original guy who runs the Smog Check.Nice way to get an extra 20bucks IF this new guy is doing something that he should not be doing & im not saying he is or isnt but still be cautious

The Mexican cashier about late 40s possibly in side who sells snacks is disgusting kept checking me out up and down and there's another black man who is like big around late 50s maybe. He is just in there and they were said look at the woman's a** to each other of a Latina woman walking her dog and saying more disgusting things as a 19 year old Latina myself I feel disgusted by those gross men. Don't recommend at all for woman. Those men are pigs.
