I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of Mr. Song, the manager at your 101 McArthur branch in Oakland, Ca. My recent experience with him was highly disappointing and unprofessional, which reflects poorly on your company’s commitment to customer service.
Today on 6/25/2024 I visited your station to put air in my tire. When I requested assistance to turn on the air pump, Mr. Song did not turn it on and ignored my attempts to communicate through the window. Instead, he and another employee made unclear gestures that I did not understand. After several unsuccessful attempts to get their attention, I went inside to seek assistance directly.
Upon entering the station, I politely asked Mr. Song for help. Instead of addressing my concern, he began yelling at me. I mentioned that proper customer service would involve coming outside to assist me, especially since there were no clear instructions or visible buttons to operate the air pump. Mr. Song dismissively told me that no one would help me and continued to behave rudely. When I requested help from another employee, they also refused, following Mr. Song's instructions to not help me because he felt like I was being rude for not following directions yet I did and still the air wasn’t working.
This behavior is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive appropriate assistance when needed. Even another customer told him to help me yet he was being rude. Mr. Song's conduct was not only unprofessional but also hostile. It is imperative that your staff provides basic customer service and support.
I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue. I recommend that Mr. Song be replaced with someone who understands the importance of customer service and can foster a positive environment for both customers and staff.

My car broke down and was waiting for AAA to replace my battery. The Asian guy said the bathroom was broken, I oh OK, where do you use the restroom. Don't fill up at a gas station if they will not allow you to use the restroom.

Ridiculous station. Had leaks out of nozzle, smelly, messy and probably dangerous. Lazy staff still has restroom closed for covid. Idiot Alameda County at its finest. Avoid

This is the only place that has 'frazzil'z within a 10ml radius and who use 'frazzil' company cups. A beverage similar to the slurpy slushy & or ice-ee's, but 10×'s better ^_^ All staff are courteous, respectful, helpful and professional. And I've gone here everyday for the past 2½yrs. so I kindly regard all of the employees.— ^_^

Credit card machine at the pumps aren’t working. You’ll need to go inside and estimate how many gallons you need. Pretty inconvenient! I hope this gets fixed soon otherwise I won’t be back.
