I never thought I'd write a review, let alone a negative one at that for a 7-11. Usually I'm of the mind "live and let live", I don't expect amazing service from 7-11s to start, but something about this particular location is very very off. I just moved down the street and thought I'd check out the place i'd probably be making night runs for drinks, etc at. However, their prices for one are WAY MORE than any other 7-11 in the Bay Area. A coke zero, for instance, is almost $3, $2.98 to be exact, by itself, with no deal. El Cerrito and Albany both have "buy two for $5" deals, and other gas stations in the area sell it for $2.60. They also have an extremely small selection of items. I walked through looking for about 10 minutes and couldn't find anything else I wanted, so I got my coke zero and left. The woman talking on her bluetooth seemed angry that I interrupted her conversation for such a menial purchase. I'm sad to see this, honestly. I guess I'll stick to safeway and the gas station down the road instead of the closer 7-11.

They are SCAMMERS at this location. They won't give you discounts that items are labeled with for one. You can show them the discount on the shelf and they don't care. They will also just over charge you for items. It has happened to me 3 times and I will never returns. BEWARE!

I went her to purchase a drink because I was biking and after I purchased a drink I was putting it in my backpack and the manager asked to see my bag when I purchased something. I don't need to steal I bought something from the store and she thought I was stealing not to mention I'm African American. Now if this was a white kid she would not have asked to see their bag. I do not recommend this 7-11 go to another liquor store or another 7-11

This review is strictly for loading money to cash app. This place is closest to my house so I often come here to load money all of a sudden I got this issue where it says that my account is declined when I come here to load money on cash app. The Walgreens on Fruitvale never fails me every time I go there my card works so something is wrong with their system and cash app don't waste your time just go to Walgreens.

So this store has the credit card machine that is tracking and pulling people's money off of their cards and so it happen to me so I advise no one use their cards there only cash because they are taking money from people with the credit card scammer machine.

Horrible place. Don’t expect to come here to be 24 hours or to have good English speakers. They close whenever they want and for no good reason when asked. When you show that it’s supposed to be 24 hours they don’t care. They won’t even allow the use of ATM even though they have no signs up with hours.

I see so many negative reviews and I'm wondering why,I always get great service when I visit this certain 7-Eleven. Now as far as the hours, they did honor the 24/7 hours but when covid hit our nation, they started to close, I know this to be true because I live across the street so I know. Very nice staff and the owner couldn't be nicer!

I decided to go and paid a pre-paid order with my App. I had trouble able to process that payment, but I was more disappointed and angry to dale with the BAD attitude that the Stuff has toward the customer. I grow up with 7-Eleven since I remember but I will never go to this place. They need to be re-train with CUSTOMER SERVICE policies and regulations . I will be super pleased to talk to cooperate about this issue with CUSTOMER experience.
