The store isn’t actually open 24 hours. They close between 2 and 7. They’re really rude about it too.

The person in their that helped me was talking shit in their language. All I wanted to get was two Waters. He was very rude and disrespectful. He's a racist. I would not recommend visiting their facility any more go anywhere else but here. He was on his phone the whole time bad customer service.

I've lived in this area since 2008. I frequent this store only when my regular store is closed. The "Cashier Turnover” is Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I went everyday for a week, at the SAME time and I didn't see any 2wice! Nobody KNOWS the rules. If there are rules EVERYONE should KNOW them and I force them CONSISTENTLY And GET THE F'k off ur fone while u are wearing the uniform!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT STRESSED OR TRAINED at this location! ESL Classes are NEEDED HERE badly!! ijs

I asked the cashier for a receipt he act like he didn't want to give me a receipt and they need to shut down this 7-Eleven permanently plus another thing that would never get no money from me no more

Untrustworthy. They lock their doors, feign they don't understand you, then "ring you up" and expect you to pay without showing you the total or giving you a receipt. $4 for a 20 Oz Coke? Prove it, thieves.

This location is absolutely filthy. It is the source of endless amounts of trash in the neighborhood and throughout its parking lot. It is a magnet for crime and loitering. It is a blight on the neighborhood. The management is woefully incompetent and the corporate office should take notice. This location should be shut down and the property redeveloped. As a neighbor I will do everything in my power to rally the Temescal to close this dump. I've watched it get progressively more and more filthy in the 20 plus years lived in the neighborhood. 7-Eleven take notice you will eventually be forced to pull this franchise license. If you think you have a chance against grass roots community involvement take a hard look at the number of speed bumps and bike lanes in North Oakland. The 24 hour Laundromat next door is equally at fault. Stay tuned for information and contact numbers for the actual property owners of this eyesore of a lot. Lets have it knocked down and build more housing!

I came in here to buy a newspaper and left with a few groceries to replace things that we had run out of. It's a small convenience store with a parking lot.

I'm a visitor to the San Francisco area. Returning to my hotel from a friend's bachelorette party around 11:00 pm, I realized that I'd done a lot of dancing and not a lot of eating, and I really wanted a late-night snack. Google Maps told me that this 7-11 was open 24-7, so I made a bit of a detour to stop by.I shouldn't have bothered. The front door was barricaded with crates, like something out of a zombie apocalypse movie. I was, apparently, supposed to place my order through a tiny plexiglass window. How I was supposed to place an order without being able to see what was available is not clear to me. I left without buying anything, because holy god, what kind of place is Oakland that this kind of siege mentality is necessary? Perhaps this is more an indictment of the San Francisco area than anything else, but if you want to buy anything at this 7-11 at night . . . don't bother. It's not fully a 24/7 store, and even though there are a bunch of pricey hipster restaurants within spitting distance, the neighborhood is low-key terrifying.

Dude at the front desk alone at 6:41 AM July 19, 2022 scammed me by not taking off $4.99 for a YOGURT I needed removed. I figure it was intentional because I asked for the receipt after I saw that insane number for small items. And sure enough , he delayed it and then gave me a bad one.
