Service was really good from the provider I called for a tow. The driver advised me that he can give me a jump. The jump worked had recommended Jimmy was my driver.

Used this company in Aug. Sent over all my personal information through their credit card release authorization form via text message to a “Julie”. My business credit card information was stolen and used at several locations including an inmate call. Not sure who runs their office. Obviously your information is not safe with this company. It may be a call center. Not sure. When I looked at the bottom of the c.c. form to see if the name of the tow company was on there is wasn’t. The name that was listed was direct business solutions inc. look them up. All one star reviews about them stealing money from people and charging cards.I feel violated that I trusted this company with all my information.This is not a company I will ever be using again.

The guy came in 30 minutes to tow my car after someone stole my battery last night. He was polite efficient, quick super cool guy. I will definitely use them again if I needed. Highly recommended

They told me 45 minutes then when it's passed that time, 35 minutes, then I can't get a hold.of them because im.on hold for a 40 minutes and hold.again and again and I'm in the middle of the road by the way, thanks

The tow truck driver Guy was very professional. He took his time to check if I was alright as well the vehicle. While driving Guy was really friendly and sociable. Before paying he made sure to review and explain the cost, which I really very appreciate.
