This location is now closed was a super fair place to come to I go to a new location now 1904 foothill blvd Oakland Ca they just opened up but they are super fair on prices as well!! Gonna miss this place tho

I have never felt so bullied in all my life. After my spouse died I experienced significant financial hardship which is why I ended up pawning a pair of very valuable earrings. these men that run this place are rude and unfair. in Oct 2023, I went to remove my earrings and I noticed they were broken. The individual who was the owner that approved the original loan said he would repair them, so i didn't remove them. I went back a month later and he was no longer there. an older gentleman whom refused to provide his name extorted an extra 100.00 dollars (on top of the interest) out of me and gave me a new ticket that stated damage on earrings as if they were pawned broken. They then charged me 17.00 dollars just for using my debit card

Many pawn shops act like they don't want your money and this place is no exception. I called to speak to the manager hoping to make an appointment to have some items appraised and possibly request a pawn. I didn't want to waste my time not there's so, hence my call. After a few gruff and impatient replies on his part, he says "Ma'am you'll have to take your business elsewhere, we're closing our shop and we no longer do pawns." Mmmmkay. So now y'all know! They don't do pawns here. Take your business elsewhere!

Clean, fast quick service. Very organized. They really helpful and honest. I only checked a few spots but was able to get a decent amount for items compared to the horrendous lowballs I received from other places. Jesus was very sweet and courteous. He Explained the process well as it was my first time doing business with them. Definitely will be back (not just to pick up my jewelry) and would recommended people to visit.

I came in earlier today to buy a bass that they listed on Facebook marketplace. They were very communicative and helpful from the start. Kyle messaged me with information about the store and placed it on hold when I told him I would be coming in. When I came into the store, they were quick to help. The staff there is very nice and approachable. Luis let me get a feel for the instrument and helped ring me up. Overall a really nice experience! Thank you Luis and Kyle for helping me achieve my bass dreams! I hope to come back soon for more deals

Very bad and horrible experience!! Was offered very low price for almost new laptop hardly ever used. They didn't even check it out. I went there because of the reviews but sadly, they did nothing for me and didn't try to help me.
