I noticed a crumb on the counter, but then I tried the smoked brisket and honestly forgot all about it. The flavor was so good, its probably the best Ive had around here, I definately did not expect it to alot better.

Yosemite Falls Lumber was a great resource. Very nice and helpful folks, I needed 2sheets of plywood cut to specific sizes, was back in the car headed home in no time! I'll definitely be back!
